I have to post about our car buying experience at Buckeye Motor Sales. We were in a really bad situation and had just been hit by an 18 wheeler -- our almost paid off car totaled in a matter of a few days. I looked on Cars.com and found a car that really impressed me and I inquired. The next day I called and talked to Steve and was immediately struck by how in depth he was about the car. He listened to my situation and let me tell him what we needed. We discussed the car and had several conversations that day and it was no time at all and we were approved by various lenders and we were arranging to drive to Delaware to finalize the purchase. Unfortunately I became really sick and couldn't make the trip for a few days and Steve was more concerned about my health than the sale. Which is not surprising since he is not a typical salesman. We came today, finalized the deal, signed, sealed, and after a few hours home with our new 2014 Chevy Cruze and it is JUST what we were looking for. 100,000 miles less than our totaled car, great payment and 1st payment not due for a month. Beautiful car, clean, great gas mileage, and so happy to say this Made in America and Made in Ohio car is Ours. Thank you Steve -- you have been a wonderful help to us. I loved my XC90 but traded it due to the cost of fuel. I drive 40 miles a day roundtrip to work. I would easily go through a tank of gas in four days. Best mileage I ever got was about 22 highway. The XC90 is a heavy SUV and shaped like a block. Not a lot of aerodynamics. As for comfort and luxury you can't go wrong the XC 90 is pure luxury and has great pickup and handling. Just be aware the mileage is not good.

They are very steady and will try to work with you on prioritizing your needs. For example, they did not just put on new wipers but asked how they were and checked them, they were OK.

I have now driven the Volvo V60 CC for three weeks and I'm very happy with my purchase. It is very comfortable and has a number of safety features. The gas mileage is exactly as advertised, 25 mpg of mixed driving.

Overall had a very positive experience purchasing a used Audi Q5. Although they had limited staff due to the stay at home order, Courtney was very responsive and helpful in scheduling the appointment and getting me started on time when I arrived. The rest of staff was also very knowledgeable and accommodating. It made for a very quick and easy process that had me in an out within a couple hours. Very much appreciated when the vehicle purchase was a must need.

bought a 2023 in September. The electronic heater had to be replaced and the sun roof got a chip, but the performance has exceeded expectations. Had to put it on hybred because I didn't use enough gas on "Pure". 7 gal in Mar and April; 4 gal in May. Probably only average 40 miles a day or less. The 455 hp engine moves the car like a beast when needed. Smooth and quiet.

I truly can not say enough good things about my new 2022 Volvo XC90 T6. I have admired the Volvo SUVs from afar as a minivan mom for 15 years and this was my year to make the move. No turning back; it is sporty, classy, comfortable, safe, I could go on forever. Classic black and dark brown interior. The info center takes a bit to get used to and it seems like there are features everywhere so definitely just hop on you tube to figure them all out at your own pace because the sales person will tell you, but no way you can get them all down. One of my ultimate favorites are the rotating fog lights. As you turn the lights turn with your vehicle. Lane assist is not for me; I've been driving too long to have it as it seems overbearing. 360 camera and all of the warnings are great though because you never know who is barreling down through the parking lot. Narrowed it to the 2023 Honda Pilot and 2022 MDX Technology; got tired of waiting on the Pilot and frankly it was a bit too big and the MDX just didn't have the sporty look I wanted. I feel like with the Volvo I got it all!

Bruce and Dustin were very informative and exceeding my expectations with customer service! They went over the features of the SUV and demonstrated many of the functions offered with the vehicle. I love the ride, the comfort, the sound system, Apple Play...all of it! Very impressed with the whole experience!!

My 2020 Volvo S90 Inscription came loaded with every available option and I had the dealership install the Polestar software increasing the horsepower and tightening the suspension making this car an absolute joy to drive. The S90 replaced my 4-year old S550 and trumps the Benz in just about every category with the exception of price, perceived status, and cost of ownership and this is coming from someone who has owned no fewer than 19 M-B’s including 11 S and SL class. The S90 seems to be a rare bird and a well-kept secret as I see so few of them in Connecticut. I set out to purchase the new Genesis and even test drove a new 7-series, but when the dust settled, the S90 offered everything that I was looking for in a full size sedan with absolutely no compromise. No one can rival the comfort of a Volvo seat and when paired with the concert level Bowers and Wilkins sound system often finds me taking the long route home. It’s that nice!

This car is exceptional. Rides fantastic and is aesthetically appealing. Love all the technology. Fun to drive. Would recommend this car to anyone. Only thing I would change is to put the gas tank on the driver's side of the car.

Our XC40 T5 R-Design was a great purchase. This is our first move into what I consider the Luxury Car market. We test drove and investigated other brands, BMW, Mercedes, Audi, and we came back to the Volvo. The I4 Turbo in this vehicle puts out 248 hp, plenty to power this small SUV. The ride is comfortable. Handling is great. The Infotainment system is easy to use, and with the Nav displayed in the center of the LED Instrument cluster it makes navigation easy - no more portable unit falling off the window! 8 way power driver and passenger seats are comfortable and include power lumbar support. Lane Assist feature was a real selling point for my wife - she's pleased. We've had the car for a week now and each time I drive it I am more satisfied that we made the best decision in this class vehicle. Very pleased with our Volvo!

I got it from IDEAL AUTO a few months ago, as the gas price is tooo high, and installed a charging pile in my home, so I can use electricity within 70 kilometers every day. If I go beyond the distance occasionally, I will not feel anxious about charging. I can walk whenever I want.

I bought 2018 s90 pre owned Volvo about 2wks ago. Was going to buy a Cad they couldn't get the air-condition to work and I live in Fl. so they brought the Volvo. I've heard they are good but never thought of buying one. We drove it and bought it. I can't believe the room it has. No way I can list all the features it has. I have spent hrs watching YouTube to learn how everything works and I still don't know all.

We were looking for a luxury SUV that handled well and looked great. This was the best SUV that we ever purchased! It is high off the ground and handles well on the highway and in the city. Torque and hp are excellent and the car is whisper quiet on the road. The interior is very luxurious and the leather is soft and comfortable.

We have not bought yet, but if we do it will be from Jose. He was very helpful and personable when my wife & I scheduled a test drive at the Ohio location.

I love Volvos. I owned one of the first production S60 R models (I miss the manual shift). This S60 is my fourth. I recently updated my last S60 T5. The old one drove great, and was very reliable, it just went past it’s seven year CPO warranty, and was at 96K miles. So when looking for a new car - I knew I was going to get another S60. Everything I loved about the old S60, is improved in this new model. The exterior styling is slightly more aggressive, which I love. The handling is smoother and more responsive. It is fully loaded, and the technology is amazing. Driving it from Georgia to North Carolina and back was perfect (made even better with auto pilot assist and adaptive cruise control). At one point in the trip there was a downpour with very limited visibility. Having the lane assistance, the collision-avoidance, and with all of that being wrapped in the security of a Volvo removed any anxiety. The only slight ding on the interior is the really small console storage (due to the hybrid battery), and that it doesn’t support wireless Apple CarPlay (it does support wired Apple CarPlay and the Android version). Yes, the hybrid range is rather limited, but perfect for local commuting. The car is really quiet, but gives you all horse power you could ever want. Seeing the drivers with the showy muscle cars amuses me, knowing I can leave them eating my dust. I just love it.

My previous car was a 2018 Genesis G80 3.3 T. I was looking for a car that was a good mix of luxury and sporty. I considered another Genesis, but the S90 R series more then met my needs, and the price was right in line with what I was willing to pay.

After seeing the ad on the internet we decided to drive 3 hours to Columbus Ohio. Mark was very knowledgeable and Cooperative on the phone concerning this vehicle. We were not disappointed in any way. He went above and beyond the Call of Duty comma by preparing the car for us. All in all, it was a very good deal at an exceptional price and I would do business with the motor works collection anytime in the future. The motor collection also offers a lot of options and customization if that's what you're looking for. This organization exceeded my expectations and delivered exactly what I was looking for and exactly what was advertised.

I love this car in all possible ways. Great performance and sophisticated style without being tacky and boisterous. This car makes commuting fun without sacrificing comfort.

My 2007 EOS is serviced at MAG. I always get the appointment time that fits my schedule. My car is finished on time or I will receive a phone call about the completed time. Bobby is helpful and friendly and makes good suggestions to care for my older car.

Just bought a 2013 S60 T5 with same options a month ago. Very happy with it. Was Single owner, 113k miles. Couple of dings around the car. Solid Car (Tank like). Great turn radius. Interior is comfortable, almost roomie considering the outside profile. Headlight assemblies on mine had to be replaced (I insisted, broken seal and yellowed/browned inside). Did it myself it was that easy. Car looks almost new. FIXD ODB2 Scan shows car is in great shape after a month.
