Good work, fast but wish I didn't have to get new brakes

Good service but since my car is leased I was surprised that I had to get new rear brake pads. One of the reasons I lease is so I will not incur costs such as this. Plus after I left my inflation light came on for one of my tires and I had to stop and put air in it.
Customer service is very friendly. I would recommend they have some leather wipes/cleaning supplies on hand for the interior seats. My seats are a mess (scuffed/dirty from kids hand prints and general wear) and that would be a nice perk. Otherwise, so far so good! :)
The service and friendliness is always outstanding. From the friendly greeting from Sue upon arrival, to Anthony's competent correction of any problems I experience with my car, I am always satisfied. I'd also like to thank Jeffry who when I discovered that my seat belt buckle was wedged between my seat and the console, made sure the problem was resolved so I was not late for my appointment.
Everyone at Pasadena Rusnak aims to please. Very friendly staff from moment I come to lease a car and I have been with Volvo for 12 years. This is our 6th Volvo. I would like to thank Juan and Brandi for their valued time which they have rendered and explained every little thing to me. I decided to stay with Volvo again, because of the best service that I get from them e3very time I take my car to the Dealer. The communication is excellent as also the greeting with customers. Our purchase went great in terms of customer service and the time it took to complete the transaction. There was no pressure before or after the negotiation. We were able to find the vehicle that best suited us with all of the options we were looking for.
So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.
Our salesmen, Miguel and Oscar were very helpful as we went thru this car-buying process, Miguel even helped me set up my bluetooth before I left for home .......... I would recommend Car Max- this is our 2nd vehicle purchase at this location.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. If you want sell your car with no hassle, go with Caravan. Thanks for the best service Tom.
After I was low balled by KBB, I decided to sell my car privately. Carvana made me a fair market value price. The process was easy, quick and enjoyable. I truly recommend them.
