2023 Hyundai SANTA CRUZ review
Good pick up truck over all but I would have some changes. 1st - Exterior. Front grill has too big opening spaces. It has potentially hazard to damage radiator with flying stones or debris get into it. Hyundai need to figure it out how to place electric plug for towing in the are next to license plate. I had to install under rear bumper and if i would have to put my boat in the water all the time, electric plug would submerge under the water and it would have it short it and potentially get on fire. 2- Interior. I believe sunroof 95% of the owners are not using it, instead i would like to have automatic window in the rear windshield instead of sunroof. Rear seats could be a inch shorter and it would gave a little more leg room to get in 3rd - Power train. I have SEL Premium trim with 2.5 Turbo engine AWD with 5K towing capacity. Excellent power train but would be nice to have hybrid or fully electric with same capacity.

After recently having a terrible car-buying experience where I was taken advantage of and ended up with a lemon, I was extremely cautious about trusting another dealership. As a single woman shopping for a car, it can feel overwhelming trying to determine who is being honest and who truly has your best interests in mind. When I found the vehicle I really wanted, I hesitated because the dealership?Arlington Nissan in Illinois?was out of state. I spent nearly two months continuing to search for other options, but nothing compared. Eventually I decided to take the chance and make the trip to see the car in person. From the moment I arrived, the experience was reassuring. Alex Reiss, the salesperson who helped me, was professional, respectful, and refreshingly straightforward. Even though he?s a younger guy, he handled the entire process with confidence and integrity. He listened to my concerns about my past experience and made it clear that this time things would be handled differently. Alex answered all of my questions, provided the reports I requested, and explained the 6-month Certified Select warranty, which helped give me peace of mind. Because of how transparent and helpful he was, I felt comfortable enough to move forward and purchase the car that same day. The experience in the finance office was just as positive. Dominic walked me through the paperwork carefully and made sure everything was clearly explained. I really appreciated that he didn?t pressure me into unnecessary add-ons or try to slip in extra warranties or fees. The process was honest and straightforward. Before taking the car home, the dealership also addressed a few service items I wanted looked at and completed a full detail. Kiah in the service department kept me informed about what was being done and when the vehicle would be ready. When I returned to pick it up, the car looked fantastic?honestly like it had just come off the showroom floor. The service team clearly took the time to make sure everything was done right. What stood out most about my experience was the team effort. Alex, Dominic, and Kiah all worked together to make sure my concerns were heard and that the entire process went smoothly. They treated me with respect, were transparent throughout the process, and delivered exactly what they promised. 2021 BMW X5 review
I bought a 2021 BMW X5 4.0 with the M Sports Package and this had been one of best vehicles ever owned. The reliability, comfort and curb appeal adds to it value. I traded a 2016 Lexus GX 460 for the X5 and have no regrets!

2023 Nissan Sentra review
Excellent gas milege...regularly exceed the EPA highway estimate for this car. Already have over 30000 miles on it. Regualar maintenace so far at the dealer. Now looking at a set of replacement tires as the OEM's do not last as long as expected. Other than the high wear on the tires, Android Auto connections used to be iffy at best until I figured out how the keep the connection.,

2021 Volkswagen ID.4 review
I had multiple problems with infotainment screen which were finally resolved with replacement at 3.5 years. Car is solid, a joy to drive ....a true tight German machine. so many nice features, handling, turning radius, quiet comfort, visabiltiy and still solid after 4 years. the software may have some needs but the car is great. I am out of warranty and kept the car. It has been dependable after replacement of the screen. The price for a new one is now too high so I purchased an extended VW warranty.

2022 Ford Explorer review
I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

2023 GMC Acadia review
I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

A.C. and heated seats,great climate control,great seats with adjustable lumbar support, sky roof, a big get up and go boost, fabulous indoor and outdoor lighting, non cheap leather seats and the dash computer is very doable for me ( being such a Luddite!)!Just absolutely a happy gal having picked this titanium Edge! 2024 Volvo XC90 review

2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee L review
I have never owned a Jeep before and barely even considered an SUV. I've always been a luxury sedan guy, but this Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland 4x4 has completely changed my mind. The exterior and interior designs are on par with most SUVs and remind me of the luxury sedans I have previously driven. Tech options are better than I've ever had in any other car. The ride and comfort are better than anything I've ever experienced before. Very dependable so far but I'm still under 1000 miles. I'm very pleased with my purchase decision.

2022 Chevrolet Trax review
Chevy Trax is the best car ever! I have a dark blue metal flake and it is beautiful. I don't know why people gripe about the motor noise. Trax has no motor noise! Good gas mileage. I love the way it sits up high it's fun to drive. I would never drive anything but my Trax. I recommend Trax to everyone!

2022 Volvo XC90 review
I truly can not say enough good things about my new 2022 Volvo XC90 T6. I have admired the Volvo SUVs from afar as a minivan mom for 15 years and this was my year to make the move. No turning back; it is sporty, classy, comfortable, safe, I could go on forever. Classic black and dark brown interior. The info center takes a bit to get used to and it seems like there are features everywhere so definitely just hop on you tube to figure them all out at your own pace because the sales person will tell you, but no way you can get them all down. One of my ultimate favorites are the rotating fog lights. As you turn the lights turn with your vehicle. Lane assist is not for me; I've been driving too long to have it as it seems overbearing. 360 camera and all of the warnings are great though because you never know who is barreling down through the parking lot. Narrowed it to the 2023 Honda Pilot and 2022 MDX Technology; got tired of waiting on the Pilot and frankly it was a bit too big and the MDX just didn't have the sporty look I wanted. I feel like with the Volvo I got it all!

2022 Nissan Rogue Sport review
I have only owned the car about a month. I purchased pre-owned. The car does not have good acceleration. Slow in fact. That's my one complaint. A big complaint really. The car is fully loaded with all the bells and whistles a car can have. Once you plug your Android or iPhone into the outlet it will connect automatically to the car. One of my favorite features is the reading my text messages to me feature! NICE feature to have. I didn't want a big SUV, this size works perfect for me.

He also provided me with a loaner vehicle the day I dropped off my car and let me keep it until my vehicle was ready for pickup. That was a huge help, allowing me to get my two kids to daycare and myself to work without interruption. Giovanni was equally welcoming and professional during both drop-off and pickup (along with everyone at the service desks). He gave me confidence by assuring me that my car was in the hands of skilled technicians and would be running like new again. In addition to replacing the transmission, the team also diagnosed and replaced the purge valve to resolve my check engine light. A special thank you to the transmission technician for the incredible work and dedication. The transmission was installed the very same day it arrived, which speaks volumes about the team's commitment to providing prompt, high-quality service. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and workmanship from everyone involved. I'll continue bringing my Impala here for service as long as I own it, and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a team that genuinely cares about its customers.

2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer review
Overall this is one of the best Chevrolets I've owned. I change the oil every 5000 miles. I have had two issues with engine related problems, one being Fuel pump driver control module which needed to be replaced after warranty time and the other was the emission canister purge pump replaced under a special coverage. Styling wise I love it. Gas milage is great especially with the gas prices today.

2022 Chevrolet Blazer review
Recently purchased the Chevrolet Blazer 2LT Midnight Sport Edition SUV and absolutely love this vehicle. The Blazer has a very nice, sporty, and unique design. The 2.0 Turbo 4 cylinder engine delivers plenty of horsepower at 228 HP. I'm used to driving a V6 engine and was concerned about the performance and I can honestly say it delivers a solid performance. It drives very smooth and has great gas mileage, 29 mpg highway and 22 mpg city. The interior is designed well, the cloth seats are comfortable and this Blazer is very spacious. The technology is easy to use and has Wi-Fi connectivity. I highly recommend this Chevrolet Blazer to anyone looking for an affordable SUV that looks great and has solid performance.

2020 Ford Escape review
I bought a used 2020 Ford escape hybrid titanium with 33,000 miles. I came from a 2015 X3 and I am surprised how well this car handles and feels firmly planted. I love the electric driving at slow speeds and you can hear the gas engine come on and it’s louder than my BMW, but I am still pleasantly surprised by the low level of road noise at highway speeds. Mine is Persian green, which is rare, and absolutely beautiful after I waxed it. The exterior is pretty good, considering its price range, and the interior is subpar with the hard plastic on the doors, but overall, the controls are very intuitive, easily reachable, and after I learned how to use all the options, my favorite feature is the adaptive cruise control with stop and go and lane centering. The car basically just drives itself, even in the city at low speeds. I just have to make the turns and stop at red lights and stop signs if there is no car in front of me. I also love the short stopping distances with the brakes, which feel great and confidence-inspiring, and the steering actually feels better than in my BMW, which was too light at highway speeds. Another feature that sold me was how much legroom there is in the backseat, especially the fact that you can recline the backseat a little bit and also push it a few inches back to create more legroom. There is definitely more legroom in the front and back than in my BMW, even though my BMW was a few inches longer than this car. I love the look of the RAV4 hybrid XLE and it has more cargo room, but if you check the user reviews, you’ll see that the Escape hybrid actually beats it in mpg and in my area, I would’ve paid $8k - $9k more for a similar used RAV4 so I felt like the Escape hybrid was a better value overall. I rarely buy extended warranties with cars, but I did with this one since it was such a good deal at only $4000 but it gave me seven years of extended coverage and up to 80,000 more miles, whichever comes first. Considering how tariffs will affect car part pricing and car repair bills, I thought this was a an exceptional value, just like the car itself. I’ve only had it for three weeks, but I am really enjoying driving the car and seeing how little gas it sips.

2021 Ford Bronco Sport review
Generally the styling is nice, you really can see where the older Escape was used as the basis for this vehicle. The interior is nice and comfortable. Ford missed the mark on storage. The dead space behind the screen, as one example. You can buy a bin that will fit very nicely in that spot. Mileage has been good. Road noise can be a little much as times, and the ride can get a little jittery at speed. There is an odd shudder between 35 and 40mph, that the service tech said is from "cylinder deactivation". Ford and other manufacturers have had this technology for a long time. Seems hard to believe that Ford would screw it up. Was told that it happens in Eco or Normal mode. In Sport mode it's less noticeable, and doesn't really effect the mileage that much. Tried it, didn't see much of a difference. Other issue is legroom in the back seat. I'm 6'4" (and it's surprisingly easy for me to get in and out), but I need to have the seat back a bit. Leaves very little room for a back seat passenger. Overall, pretty good vehicle. Hopefully in the next gen, they'll correct some of these issues.

2020 Tesla Model S review
I had my Tesla S for about four months now. Its a great car. Have a Nemi 14-50 outlet in the garage for 40 amps. It charges faster than what the appl. says. Autopilot is about 80% self driving and is great in traffic. I don't think the extra $200 for FSD is worth it. It quiet and powerful. I go 150 to 175 miles between charges on a longer trip. Plenty of charge stations around
