My experience start to finish was nothing short of excellent. I live in Wyoming and saw a car I’d been searching for for many months. It is a used car but the quality and attention to detail shows better in person than did in the photos! This is a first class establishment and I am really happy with my purchase. I’m glad I took the leap of faith working at a distance, I admit I was very hesitant initially. All I can say is WOW! Being a woman and buying a car has its own difficulties and paranoia's due to the fact that most places take advantage of the typical woman's lack of knowledge about cars. However, Boston Road Best Motors has to be the most honest used car dealership I have ever been to. I originally came in after hearing from friends about the reputation of this place and how they truly care for the safety and well-being of the customer. But what happened when I got there was beyond anything I could have imagined. So I come in to purchase a 2008 Nissan Rogue, after being shown the car by Andrew I took it for a test drive and instantly loved the car. Andrew allowed me to really take as long as I wanted during the drive and insisted that I give a very thorough inspection of the vehicle before I make any decisions. The vehicle showed no signs of having any mechanical issues. After taking my time I decided that I would take the vehicle so I left a deposit in order to come in the next day to pick up the car. When I came in the next day was when I was shocked by the honesty of this dealership. I walked in and they told me that when they put the vehicle into the mechanic for further inspection they noticed some signs that would indicate that the transmission may need replacement in the future. They offered me my deposit back and deeply apologized. I have a lot of car buying experience, both good and bad, and I have never seen a dealership cancel a deal that they could have closed due to mechanical errors. I truly believe that Boston Road Best Motors cares about ethics over making money. That is when I told them to hold my deposit until they get another Rogue which I ended up taking home! Thanks so much to Andrew, Jerry, and Sal for giving me a go-to dealership whenever I, or someone I know needs a car! I suggest to everyone that they go through Boston Road Best Motors to purchase their next vehicle!

As a first-time car owner in my 30’s Andre and Dominic made the experience pleasurable and headache free. I spent months doing my research online and going in-person to different dealerships to compare prices and conditions of cars that were used, new and leased and Duran Auto by far exceeded my expectations. The men were patient, thorough, and transparent. I was able to test drive the car same day – no appointment needed. Dominic provided the CarFax without me having to ask and told me about the recalls (they resolved them) before I even read through them. They held the car for me while I went through the insurance process which took a little longer than expected. Dominic checked in through text but at no point did I feel pressured. They also handled the DMV portion of license and registration so when I went to finalize paperwork and payment, I was able to leave with my car, set & ready to go with no extra steps. The process was fast and painless. They also provided me with a warranty that you can choose to extend later down the line for an additional reasonable cost. I will likely choose to extend my warranty, as my father has been going to Andre for work on his car for years and he is always transparent and reasonable in pricing. My father has also purchased one of his used vehicles from Andre; after seeing how well it has lasted for him, I knew when we saw this car that it was the right fit for me. I visited on the second day being opened and had a great experience in buying a 2022 Explorer and trading in a 2016. It was seamless. Had an issue with the new car that turned out to be a factory defect that they had Ford correct. All good. I’ll be back.

Lou was my salesperson and he was super communicative, explaining and re-explaining when he seemed to feel it was needed. No surprises along the way, I was able to test drive the van as much or as long as I wanted, have a mechanic come by to inspect it and they washed it and added a full tank of gas on pickup day. They had done some quality servicing to the vehicle as well before pickup day. Lou mentioned early on that he wasn't paid on a commission basis, which was a good detail for me to know. In the end, all the numbers were the same from the beginning to end, no "uh oh" moments and it was a super fast experience on pickup day - probably the fastest ever for me to get the keys and drive a new (to me) vehicle home. I will look to use them again if possible in the next year or so. Highly recommend.
