I know I was charged $12,000 for an extended warranty and now they're telling me I only paid $3,600... I fully intend I'm getting to the bottom of this...

Horrible! Once you buy a car you no longer exist to them even though they're the ones that sold you a piece of xxxx. I heard the manager say I don't care that he bought a $156000 truck we have customers that have bought $300000 cars

They changed the price on the vehicle, not the same as they advertised here h

Posting a truck for 40k cheaper and saying it was a mistake. They shouldn't post prices that are misleading

We texted them about a vehicle we had been negotiating on for 2 weeks. We once again stated our offer. The said to come get it. We said we would be there after work. We called as we headed over (a 45 minute drive). After three phone calls, we finally spoke to a manager. We were told that the vehicle was being sold as we spoke. I told him that the text constituted a contract (legally speaking, it does), and he said that it didn't. He then also changed the agreed upon price to more than what we was discussed 2 weeks ago! Do not trust these people.

Overall good experience our sales man Josh W kept his word and made it happen! Make sure you pay attention in finance.
