What it is: The four-seat A5 coupe and Cabriolet convertible are based on the previous generation of the A4 sedan and are aimed at two-door luxury models such as the BMW 4 Series, Cadillac ATS coupe and Mercedes-Benz C-Class coupe. Audi offers a performance version of the A5, the S5, that targets sports cars like the Porsche 718 Boxster and 718 Cayman.

Both versions also get a three-spoke flat-bottom steering wheel and, with the automatic transmission, shift paddles.
