Take care of this car and it will take care of you

enough with the talk about reliability issues. the 2009 build year has been a consistent and reliable performance sedan- the V10 engine is one of the most beatiful and linear driving experiences you can find in a sports sedan. handling is great for a 4 door mid size sedan. Has been a daily driver for the better part of 3 years and continues to be a joy to drive. keep up with the regular maintenance and this car will continue to impress

Great Engine Needs Better Transmission

The vehicle is equipped with an amazing high revving V10 motor with 507 hp; however, the transmission on this vehicle is not reliable. The SMG has numerous issues that make this car a money pit. Low-speed driving is horrible, but on the freeway, once you stretch the car the transmission works amazing. BMW will never make an M car as amazing as this S85 V10 engine.

Most fun I?ve ever had owning a car

When I first purchased my e60 Bmw m5 I didn?t think I would like it as much as I did. I originally just got it for the engine. The leather seats were the most comfortable seats I?ve ever owned in a car and plus they are adaptive so it moves with the car. Just make sure to set money aside because repairs are very expensive.
