Ford

Ford is the mass-market brand of Ford Motor Co., which also sells luxury vehicles under the Lincoln name. As cars have fallen out of favor with many U.S. shoppers, SUVs are now the bulk of Ford's lineup, which includes the mid-size Explorer and full-size Expedition. Ford also revived its Bronco nameplate on an off-road SUV, as well as on a smaller “off-road-lite” Bronco Sport SUV that has essentially taken the place of the Escape compact SUV.

The Ford F-Series pickup line, which includes the F-150 and Super Duty trucks, has been a top seller for decades. An all-electric F-150 Lightning variant debuted for 2022 but was dropped after the 2026 model year. The Ford Ranger pickup returned for 2019 with mid-size dimensions and was joined for 2022 by the popular Maverick, a front-wheel-drive compact pickup with an efficient four-cylinder hybrid powertrain.

Ford stepped into the electric-vehicle market for 2021 with the Mustang Mach-E SUV, and the Mustang itself got a revamp for 2024.
