Alex and Juan from the Service department are amazing! My boyfriend dropped off his vehicle this past Saturday for an inspection. We returned later that evening for an update, and Alex let us know that their mechanic found an issue. Alex mentioned that it would take a few days to resolve, considering it was the weekend. During this time, Juan was already in the process of getting a rental started without being asked! Simply amazing! Alex has truly gone above and beyond to take care of us while our vehicle is being serviced. He has kept us updated the entire time, and we never had to worry or feel stressed through this process. We can't thank him enough for his patience, kindness, and phenomenal Customer Service. This location has a gem of an employee, and we hope that he is recognized! Thank you, Alex! And thank you, Juan! In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

I had my toddler son with me, and the team went above and beyond to make sure we were both comfortable during our visit. They were professional, patient, and very accommodating. I purchased a used Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG from the Carmax in Costa Mesa, CA about a month ago. I started out by calling the Carmax and reaching a sales agent. She worked with me by setting aside the car so that I could fly down to pick it up. She picked me up from the airport about 15 miles away from their dealership. When I saw the car, I found some minor cosmetic issues with the car and Carmax assured me that they would repair them at my local Carmax in Roseville, CA. I will be writing a review about that Carmax as well. They issued me a form stating repairs to be done at my local dealership. I informed the salesperson that I would be pushing the car a bit and she was fine with it. After the test drive, the car seemed to be in great condition, so we headed in for the paperwork. The appearance inside of the dealership building did not convey a welcoming feeling though. It felt like a warehouse with desks in it. The people within the building were nice and friendly though. The paperwork was pretty quick as I already had a loan check from the credit union. It took about 30 minutes and then I was on my way. Overall, I would say the experience was positive.

I was running late past there closing time. They were very gracious and waited for us. Very nice to do business with.

Bruce was absolutely wonderful. From the discussion on the phone all the way to the finance office was great!! We bought used and certified. I was between two CRV (one at another dealer) and with the way Bruce was communicating and working for me, I chose correctly. I absolutely love my car and this was the easiest process purchasing a car in my life.

Great experience!!! Sami in sales was extremely helpful and accommodating to my family. We drove 2 1/2 hours to the dealership and the 4 of us showed up 30 minutes before closing with my wife, a toddler and 6 month old. Sami, the manager and an F&I associate stayed an extra hour after closing to try and make a deal with my family. I was very impressed with the condition of the used Odyssey we were looking at and also the dealership presentation and amenities for customers. The staff went above and beyond with their reconditioning of the van, replacing the timing belt and tensioner which I have never seen another dealership do on the more than two dozen Odyssey’s with over 100k miles I’ve inspected in my ongoing 6 month search. The detail department also did an excellent job with the vehicle which is an area where most dealerships are lacking. Unfortunately, we couldn’t come to terms on my trade vehicles value at that time. While Weir Canyon did later agree to match a CarMax offer, we then were $1,500 apart on the cost of the Odyssey and did not end up purchasing the vehicle from Weir Canyon. Nonetheless it was still an awesome experience and I wholeheartedly recommend this trusted Honda store.

2 years later and I’ve come back to do business with Anaheim Hyundai. Let me just say I had a smooth and professional process. Jerron was a delight to work with he was very professional and communicated with me through all the process he was able to go step by step on warranties and helping me choose the right car. I traded in a vehicle and left with a Tucson SUV I am very happy with Hyundai in Anaheim thank you Jerron for the great experience. 2 years ago I had a bad experience but you definitely have turned that around and hope to come back in the future and get myself a even newer car !
