Bought this car as a daily driver to save miles on my Raptor. It was a great purchase and still drives like a champ despite having 108k miles on it.

Kelly was my sales person and he was very easy to work with. He took care of all my concerns and made sure the car was ready for me. He helped me with the test drive and setting me up with my options in car payments. Tom was my finance manager and did an overall great job. My only one caveat with the buying process is more my fault as I was not really able to focus on actually buy the car. This is where I screwed up, but than they are sales people and finance people that do this day in and day out. They showed me a list of numbers with zero down, $1k, and $2k down. I said I would be okay with zero down at $553 for 54 months, but I should had clarified that I just wanted to do zero down. So this information they assumed that I could afford that high of a payment and made my deal reflect that, which again was my fault when I was in the finance office. I should had explained that I wanted to keep my payments under $500 a month. Luckily AutoNation has a good 5 day return policy and a 30 and 60 day return policy on the items that were added to my contract which were at a decent price, but increased my payment too high for me for the moment. Depending on if I can lower my interest rate will make or break if I keep the added protection packages and gap insurance. So when going in, just make sure you get the Out the door price first, and don't ever let them know what you are willing to pay monthly for a car. Just focus on the final price and then worry about your monthly payments. And this is where I feel AutoNation has the rest of the dealerships with their hands tied. Their no haggle pricing really works, as you pretty much know going in what you are going to pay. As long as you stick to this you should have an easy process of purchasing a vehicle. So I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from any of the AutoNation dealerships, and especially Acura North Orlando.

I purchased this 2020 Advance Package Hybrid and it is an exquisite car. The ride on "Comfort" is amazingly comfortable on bumpy roads; absorbs impacts and this hybrid hugs the road like a sports car. It is truly a comfortable car for long trips. I bought the Pearl White with Expresso interior; it beautiful. The info system is a little dated but adequate. In all, worth every penny.

I've been driving this SUV for 32 mos. and can say that I love the acceleration and overall handling. However,the suspension is not the best (they saved the best for the Type-S). The gas mileage is just ok but you are driving a great sounding V6 versus a screaming 4-cyl. turbo. I never liked the look of prior generations and was very surprised by the stunning styling of this generation. I'm fine with the infotainment pad, it works great except for the phone charging pad which is junk. I could go either way for a touchscreen but I think that may be more distracting

First things first, no be told me that electric vehicles stink when they charge. Be prepared for your garage to stink if you charge in your garage. Comfort. It’s a pretty spacious car and has comfortable seats. It rides decently smooth but can feel a bit stiff. You’re definitely feel how heavy this car is but it has plants of power to push it. The rolling stops are never smooth, it’s always pretty abrupt. The auto brake while parking or reversing can be very jolting. Interior. It’s a VERY nice interior with a massive sunroof. You get a lot of features standard like heated and cooled seats, heated steering wheel, and wireless apple car play. The cup holders are big enough for my Nalgene water bottle! The materials used feel very GM and smudge very easily, some materials look and feel very cheap. There also isn’t a ton of storage. Performance. This thing is fun! I burn through the charge quickly and I don’t even care. The normal outlet charger is extremely slow. You can expect between 4-6 percent charge per night. Value. The only reason we got this car is because it was $20k off. If it were not for that it wouldn’t be on our radar. At that standard price it’s way over priced. Exterior. It’s a beautiful exterior but the paint job is SUB PAR. I can understand the swirls in the paint as most car manufacturers paint quality is like that and can be fixed with a detail but this thing has a lot of paint chips that look like they were filled with a grease pen. Very prevalent on corners of doors. Reliability. I haven’t had this thing long enough to talk about reliability.

My current car is a 2019 MDX. I absolutely love it. My previous car was a 2012 MDX. The only reason I don’t have that car is my daughter “totaled it” 2 days after getting her license. BUT my daughter walked away, unhurt, no broken bones, no concussion, not even a bruise. I thought the car would look like a mangled mess, just looked like it went off roading. I had no idea these were TANKS on the road. I will continue to drive these now that I know. The 2019 is very similar to the 2012, but love the apple car play, lane assist, and better gas mileage.

Best vehicle Acura has made in last 15 years. Test drive an RDX Advance SHAWD package on sport mode for 15-20 mins and you’ll be sold. Beautiful airy cabin with pano, and the ELS sound system is killer! 2.0 turbo engine + 10 speed trans are bulletproof. Have my RDX Advance for 2 years now and will enjoy it for at least another 5 years. These are made to last, much like my 2006 TL that I have for over a decade, with 200k+ troublefree miles on the clock.

As a proud owner of a 2014 Acura RDX, I can confidently say that I have not experienced any malfunctions with my SUV. It has been a reliable and dependable vehicle that has served me well over the years. The comfort level of the interior is something that I particularly enjoy. The seats are comfortable, and the ride is smooth. Even on long drives, I never feel fatigued or uncomfortable. Despite its age, the 2014 Acura RDX is still a competent performer on the highway. I have driven it over 100,000 miles, and it still performs admirably, achieving 30-31 mpg on the highway. The fact that I haven't experienced any malfunctions only adds to my confidence in its reliability. In terms of aesthetics, the exterior and interior of the RDX are okay compared to other SUVs in its class. But, it's not the primary reason I bought this vehicle. My focus was on a reliable and comfortable vehicle, and the RDX has certainly delivered in those areas. Overall, if you're looking for a dependable, comfortable, and practical SUV, I can wholeheartedly recommend the 2014 Acura RDX.

Paid cash for a 2007 Explorer. Price was good. New tires and battery. After the test drive, the whole buying process only took 20 minutes. As I did not trade in a vehicle I was stuck there with 2 cars. They had someone follow me home in my new car so I could get both home without having to pay for a cab. Top notch. Dane was excellent.

Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

Brought my car in a 2018 Acura TLX Tech as my battery was giving me trouble. The car also needed a A12 maintenance check as it recently reached 35,000 miles. I needed new tires and fuel injection service. I trust that this dealership did all necessary.

Very nice vehicle with good size and features. I knew what I was getting into with the infotainment system and it is fine despite a few bugs. The brakes are an issue though. The overall feel of the brake pedal was unique when I purchased it. Now two years after purchase, the dealership is saying that my brakes are squeaking because they are glazed from heavy use. I'm not a fast drive and have no need for hard braking so there is a flaw in the design

Bought my 2018 MDX from Hendrick Acura Charlotte and love it so much I'm looking to upgrade to a newer model. I kept up with all the maintenance and never had any issues at all. Acura is a good solid car!

This SUV is awesome. It is surprising how comfortable and roomy is yet maneuvers so well in tight spaces like parking lots. It has a 3rd row seating which I will not likely ever use but it lays completely flat, so there is no loss of room. The rear area has plenty of room for 4 bags of golf clubs. We drove it to Las Vegas from SoCal last weekend and are really pleased with it.

I had the car I wanted transferred in and from start to end they kept me informed. The waiting period was a bit of a bummer, but knowing that my car was arriving made it worth the wait. Ryan was super he completed the transaction and put us in good hands. We had a minor defect with the windows but Ryan made sure it was taken care of . Overall we were quite pleased. A little sloppy in high speed turns, replaced puddle lights a couple of times, replaced rotors on a soft recall, headlight and tail light went out but all covered under warranty. Drives smooth, suspension is overall good, looks amazing, navigation is atrocious and difficult to use, should be touch screen. 32k on odometer.

I'm not sure what to think of acura. I had the acura 22 ILX until I saw the Integra aspec. I have only had it for 8 months and the air conditioner unit got a leak. I'm not sure if it's a recall or a fluke. I hope it is the only thing that goes wrong. I Love My Car. ❤️

This car has been incredibly reliable. I have only ever done regularly scheduled maintenance on it, and just passed 126K miles. While it doesn't have the bells and whistles of newer models, I'm tempted to drive it for another 100K because it's been such a workhorse. Cargo space is good for our one kid family, but if you have a large family, large dog or need to travel with a lot of gear, you may want to consider the MDX. For us, this is just right. Good sound system. Better gas mileage than earlier versions of this car that had a turbo engine. You won't regret buying an Acura SUV!

Great bang for the buck. I went with the Advanced package. Lots of convenience features like heated steering wheel, automatic dimming hi beams, adaptive cruise control, etc. Touch screen would be nice but I use Android Auto so most of what I do is voice command. Regardless, the touch pad is pretty easy to learn. Handles great. Sport Mode is fun to drive with SH-AWD and Adaptive Suspension. Looked at Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lexus and Infinity. Reliability was near the top of my list so that eliminated Infinity and the 3 German cars. Just put $4500 into my wife's BMW for various repairs and wanted to try to avoid doing that with my SUV. Also wanted something to last 200K or more. Liked the Lexus but even the F Sport left me feeling like I wasn't connected to the road. That was what I liked about the Acura, it was fun to drive.

Love this car I live in Minnesota and plow snow In the winter.. We recently had a bad snowfall dropping over a foot of hard wet snow. I've never had any issues with unplowed roads and drifts. This vehicle get me there safely ever time..
