Brandon Honda review
5-Star Review for Brandon Honda I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the amazing team at Brandon Honda for their outstanding support during my recent visit. A special thank you to Edwin and Jade from the sales department, whose kindness, patience, and professionalism made the process of trading in my vehicle incredibly smooth. I also deeply appreciate Mr. Ivan Colina, the financial service manager, for guiding me through the financing process with such care and clarity. Thanks to their efforts—and the support of the entire management team—I was able to lease a beautiful New Honda Accord with a deal that truly exceeded my expectations. I felt valued, respected, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire experience. I’m so grateful for your professionalism and compassion. Thank you again for everything! Rizwan Shaikh
2022 Acura MDX review
I really like my 2022 Acura MDX, it’s a luxury SUV. It’s pretty and it’s just for me. The problem, I have only had it for 22 months and the starter went. It cost us $950.00 to replace the starter, that didn’t include the labor. Thank God my husband has quite a bit of knowledge on installing starters. Problem number 2, reverse light needs to be replaced, that’s the hold panel and the cost is a whopping $500.00 and something dollars. The 60,000! mile maintenance has to be done in the next few months. The dealer charges $1,325,00, Honda charges $835.00 but it has to be done. But again, I love my car and I plan on having it for years to come.

Crown Acura review
This is our 9th purchase/lease since 2004. It seems each one gets better and better! We finally moved into the MDX line and could not be happier. The MDX Advance is an outstanding vehicle, loaded with features we were looking for this time around. Chris Duncanson is a superb, knowledgeable and most professional person to work with. We highly recommend him and every one at the dealership. The whole crew is so pleasant to interact with from the general manager, sales, service and parts. Over 20+ years, we've connected with them all. It's why we have stayed with this Acura dealership all these years. A supreme thanks to everyone involved!!!
2026 Acura MDX review
A Spec Advance has all the features I need and is super comfortable. Massaging seats, heated steering wheel, heads up display and just the right amount of tech. This is not the top line model but darn close. Great punch for the price amongst comparables and has the quality and reliabilty from Honda/Acura that you can count on.

This is the 2nd MDX Type S I’ve owned and there are many things to like, however I think it’s deplorable they no longer offer satellite radio in the car ! Even WORSE, they no longer offer Roadside Assistance. I will NEVER by another Acura/Honda product again!!

2020 Acura MDX review
Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

2018 Acura RDX review
My third RDX.Purchased in 2018 Was the last year of the 6 cylinder. My first was 2008 turbo 4 cyl.awd.Great car and peppy.Second was 2013 6 cylinder.Even better than the 4 cyl turbo. Now 6 years into my 2018 rdx I have no regrets.Love the peppiness of the 6 cyl and I'm using Michelin Cross Climate 2's for 2/3 of the year and michelin iceX for winter driving in NH. I know I could get better gas mileage with a hybrid but am unwilling to go to a lesser performing vehicle. I never have dealer service but go to a local mechanic for all maintenance. I love this car! Has 105,000 miles.

2016 Acura ILX review
Equip with a beautiful duel clutch transmission, this car feels amazing to drive, up until about 40, where the early gears start to lag, but as suggested sport mode or down shifting solves this. Coming from a Honda civic 2017, I can say this car although slightly dated in the inside, feels loads more powerful and comfortable. With seats that hug your body, giving you one of the most comfortable seats out of any car period. The ride itself is great too, although a tad stiff, which in it's self gives it good handling and corning in return. The only big con is the interior is a little dated compared to newer cars, so not a whole lot of smart phone integration besides aux, usb, or Bluetooth, although this means less issues with electrical issues like my old Honda had. Overall I couldn't recommend this car enough, as when buying used it is far cheaper and better than comparative civic models like the ext or si.

Cox Chevrolet review
I had an outstanding experience at Cox Chevrolet, thanks to the incredible customer service from Captain Jim. Every time I had a question, he was friendly, patient, and more than willing to help. His responses were fast and always on point, and he made sure I had everything I needed before I even had to ask. Captain Jim truly went above and beyond, prepared, attentive, and ready for anything. It’s rare to find someone who combines genuine friendliness with such prompt, professional service. Cox Chevrolet is lucky to have him, and I’ll definitely be recommending this dealership to others because of the exceptional care he provided. Highly satisfied and grateful for the great experience!

2017 Acura MDX review
My first MDX, absolutely love it. Gas mileage could be better in town, highway is good. I would buy the 4 seater next time not the 3 roll seat. Safety features are awesome! So many unexpected standard features. Safety features were my main concern as I have a 20 year neck injury. MDX filled all my safety issues. Honda is well made and ahead of their time.

2024 Acura MDX review
This SUV is awesome. It is surprising how comfortable and roomy is yet maneuvers so well in tight spaces like parking lots. It has a 3rd row seating which I will not likely ever use but it lays completely flat, so there is no loss of room. The rear area has plenty of room for 4 bags of golf clubs. We drove it to Las Vegas from SoCal last weekend and are really pleased with it.

2024 Acura MDX review
1. Infotainment system very difficult and confusing to learn. And dangerous to use. I hate it. Not at all intuitive. Doesn't include a CD player. Heads-up is distracting as is using any part of the audio system, phone, etc. Reading of the manual is required - which is in very small print. 2. Generally - drives very well and is smooth - except on the freeway where I find it is anything but smooth. Hard to explain, but in parts of freeway I feel as if the car is lightly pulling side to side. I'm writing this off to having spent last 9 years driving a large SUV that drove like a dream. I wanted to downsize, hence my choice. But I'm not thrilled with the drive. 3. Very comfortable seats in first and second rows. I doubt I'll ever use the 3rd row as it is very small, but when not is use, I have a very large cargo area which I love. Seat cooling not at all useful. Should be much better given the technology for this has been around for many years. 4. Generally, I'm happy when just driving around town. The pick-up from stop to go is a little sluggish, but very smooth and drives well once you get moving. But if Lexus RX ever adds a V-6, I'll trade out. The small luxury items in a Lexus, like the steering wheel, wood interior - much nicer. But the seats are great and once you get used to using the infotainment system, it's manageable. But Edmunds wasn't kidding - huge learning curve and not something you want to be fiddling with when driving.

Elder Ford of Tampa review
Elder Ford was great to deal with from start to finish! Jayson was my salesperson and made the experience very relaxed and easy! I highly recommend this dealership!
2024 Acura RDX review
An Acura is a good car, and the price and features are luxury class and comparable to Audi, BMW, Lexus, Volvo, Infiniti, etc. But where you buy your car / service your car matters, and the Sterling McCall dealership is NOT recommended at all. I was treated 10x better at a Honda Dealership with my last purchase, yet an Acura was supposed to be a luxury or upgraded level of professional service; Not even close.

Gettel Kia of BradentonReviews
Gettel Kia of Bradenton review
I must be amazing. The company canceled my warranty. Because the vehicle sits in my car port for six months I didn’t follow their schedule but adapted to the use that I had. 7000 miles in 3 years. So I changed the oil at my use of car. 2 oil changes so far. Get real. I m taking good care of vehicle. And then you cancel my warranty. So I had purchased a warranty after the original 10 year was over and because I had a extra life warranty for 10 more years @ 2000$ my broken Radio was replaced at no extra charge (about $1646.09) was the repair cost. I change my own oil. I am a retired auto business owner. Luckily I bought the extension warranty. “I must be amazing!”
2023 Acura Integra review
This car is amazing but if you like music you are going to have a lot of problems with its audio system. Who ever Acura let do the audio system needs to never do it again. Audio system doesn’t even last for more than a year

Lexus of Tampa Bay review
We recently purchased a 26 Lexus RX 350 from Lexus of Tampa Bay and couldn’t be more pleased with Gabriel and the sales team. This was absolutely one of the best experiences purchasing a vehicle and their follow up is amazing.
2019 Acura RDX review
We didn’t intend on the RDX we were shopping Lexus and Mercedes . Salesman suggested a test drive and it was the quietest most powerful refined vehicle we drove. Owned for 4 years ; phenomenal reliability

I had the pleasure of working with Anna Beltran while my Toyota Tundra was in for maintenance, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, she was extremely professional and delivered world-class customer service. Anna kept me fully informed throughout the entire process, ensuring I knew exactly what was happening with my vehicle every step of the way. Her clear communication, attentiveness, and genuine care made the experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and thorough in their role—Anna truly sets the standard for excellence. Absolutely amazing service adviser and if anyone deserves a raise it's her!

By far, the best vehicle I owned. It is just so comfortable and fun to drive. I purchased the Advanced model which has more bells and whistles than I could ever imagine. The only thing it doesn’t do is drive by itself..

INFINITI of Tampa review
Starting with Daniel he is top tier and deserves lots of recognition for the experience he provided. He delivered above and beyond anything we would have expected and we thank him! Then Brian, finance manager sealed the deal. He made things happen we didn't believe we're possible and made sure we had all the desires we needed. We loved it so much we came back two days later and purchased a 2nd car

It’s so much nicer when you show up for your appointment and they actually have the part you need available to install. That way the service advisor doesn’t get into a shouting match with you because you’re pissed off that you drove all that way and they didn’t have the part and tell you that you can take your business elsewhere.
2019 Acura RDX review
This is my second RDX, A luxury vehicle without having to pay the luxury price. Have been fortunate to purchase two used RDX both in pristine condition with very low mileage. Not too big, not too small, All the features you could imagine easy to use,

Rivard Buick GMC review
Great experience. They were professional and treat their customers with respect. I would go back there when I need another car.
2023 Acura MDX review
The salesman called me as a follow up to my inquiry of the car from cars.com He was is simple terms - unprofessional. He acted as though we were drinking buddies. His vocabulary was very slang, from the hood. His experience is lacking on how to talk to an adult. A car is an investment. It’s a very personal buying experience. A buyer needs to feel assured about the car and dealership before buying. Strongly recommend to buy a car from another dealership than cars connect in Tallahassee, Florida.

CarMax Dothan review
Shopping for new car. Had one shipped from another carmax. Took car for 24hr test drive. Took to Firestone; was showed a badly rusted undercarriage. Returned outback to carmax Dothan. They said they'd have a look at it, that it might be within their specs but not ours. Manager offered to reimburse us the inspection and shipping fee. Can't argue with that. Great customer service.
2014 Acura RLX review
I bought a 2014 RLX Acura is comfortable the back seat is sooo roomy. The Italian leathers seats are very soft best leather I’ve seen in a car. Rides soo smooth but it’s all about the tires. I took out extra warranty when I bought car. There is a recall on rear actuators I had mines replace. I will stay in the Acura family. I’m so sorry they stop making RLX in 2021 what a luxury car. The best Acura ever made and haven’t made another luxury car since.
