The store is very nice as well the people that works there. The transaction is quick and make it ease. The store help me take care my car rental return. They offered me good snacks and good hot coffee to relieved me from a cold winter. The car I bought is very good very clean and looks like new. This is one of my satisfaying purchased I made in life and I definitely recommend this store.
I worked with Scott Mortland and Herold Samour. Scott was so patient and nice- going through all options and reviewing differences in each van. He did not pressure and really made me feel comfortable. He took his time and 100% sure I had everything I needed before I drove the car off of the lot. Then, as I started the financing process, I worked with Herold. I realized through our meeting that he sold me my very first car 17 years ago! Of course, I had a good experience with him back then and again for this purchase. Dennis is awesome! Went on my birthday Nov 27th and was pleasantly surprised how cool they were. Had a crappy experience the day before at Toyota Direct. This was night and day compared. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
We purchased a used Mitsubishi Mirage for our daughter. The process was the easiest I have ever been through buying a car. We had some issues with insurance which caused us to have to redo all of the paperwork later in the day. They were willing to help us out with this issue and it was amazing. I definitely will return when in need of my next vehicle!
This was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle after almost 40 yrs. of driving. I was a die hard GM person since my mother retired from there but I wasn't happy with their latest move on layoffs so opted to look at the Mazda and Subaru recommended by my son. I had such a good time with their sales staff, I felt at home and they all treated me like I was special even talking about small stuff that we can all relate to. I recommend them Very Highly!
I owned 4 Lexus cars/SUVs over 20+ years; bought from Lexus of Dublin. Service is good; but part pricing is expensive & gouges customers. Examples: replace engine air filter for $68.40++ (part is about $20); replace left/right front upper control arm part is $500 and total service is $800/EACH (BeckArnly part on RockAuto is $90); Timing Belt service is quoted $1,519 and part kit on RockAuto is $275 including water pump; wiper blades are $12/each, but installed vary from $25 or more; headlight level sensor/arm replace quoted at $1200, bot part on RockAuto for $170 and replaced myself (and I am not a car repair person). Purchase of most any part is extremely expensive; gouges the customer who paid a lot for the Lexus already; and prices are prone to cause "heart attacks".
I walked into the dealership to test drive an RDX and within 15 minutes, I'm on the road. When I returned, we talked numbers on both the car I purchased as well as the one I traded. Wasn't any BS that I've encountered at other dealerships--their offer on my car was fair and I paid $250 more than I wanted to for their car. Done deal, I was home in 3 hours from the point the odyssey started!
I had a very good experience here at this dealership. Everyone was laid back and didn???t treat you like a ???customer???. No one was pressuring us to buy anything just because they needed to make a sale. They treated us like friends but in a professional manner. Francesco was willing to work with us to give us the right price for us, not for him. Before we picked up the car, they rechecked everything to make sure the car was working and running the way it should. When we picked up the car to sign the papers, Ian was our financial guy and he was super nice and was good at explaining every detail and was patient when we had questions.
This was my second Wrangler from Craig in 2 years great experiences both times would highly recommended him. Thanks also to Dan and Terry for getting it completed.
