I purchased a used 2018 Acura MDX Feburary 2025.I have owned it for just over a month. Driving and handling are very solid. The interior is great--especially the seats. You will read several folks discussing the entertainment system and other controls. Really nice features, just learn how to use them correctly. The only issue I did not like was the "lane assistance" feature--so I turned it off. If you are in the market for a luxury SUV go test drive one yourself. Price, quality, and reliability are hard to beat.

We purchased a new Yukon XL from Beck and Masten South. Everyone we worked with at the dealer was helpful. Robert and Fernando were great salesman to work with and made the buying process smooth.

Great bang for the buck. I went with the Advanced package. Lots of convenience features like heated steering wheel, automatic dimming hi beams, adaptive cruise control, etc. Touch screen would be nice but I use Android Auto so most of what I do is voice command. Regardless, the touch pad is pretty easy to learn. Handles great. Sport Mode is fun to drive with SH-AWD and Adaptive Suspension. Looked at Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lexus and Infinity. Reliability was near the top of my list so that eliminated Infinity and the 3 German cars. Just put $4500 into my wife's BMW for various repairs and wanted to try to avoid doing that with my SUV. Also wanted something to last 200K or more. Liked the Lexus but even the F Sport left me feeling like I wasn't connected to the road. That was what I liked about the Acura, it was fun to drive.

I HAD A RIM REPAIRED. IT WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER AND LOOKS GREAT. I WILL DEFINITELY BRING MY CAR HERE FOR ALL MY VEHICLE SERVICES.

We’ve owned Acura’s since 1991. Have had sedans and SUV’s. Both MDX and RDX. This is the best one yet. The technology is unbelievable. The ride is superb. The comfort and roominess are second to none. The safety features are remarkable. Can’t say enough about this vehicle.

Mo was so helpful and responsive and gave us great advice on all the options. This is our first Mercedes and we were so pleased with the process.

My wife and I absolutely Love our RDX. Unfortunately we recently had a mechanical issue and the part is on back order, 3 weeks later and still no part. So our vehicle is great but not sure about corporate??????

By far, the best vehicle I owned. It is just so comfortable and fun to drive. I purchased the Advanced model which has more bells and whistles than I could ever imagine. The only thing it doesn’t do is drive by itself..

My third RDX.Purchased in 2018 Was the last year of the 6 cylinder.My first was 2008 turbo 4 cyl.awd.Great car and peppy.Second was 2013 6 cylinder.Even better than the 4 cyl turbo. Now 6 years into my 2018 rdx I have no regrets.Love the peppiness of the 6 cyl and I'm using Michelin Cross Climate 2's for 2/3 of the year and michelin iceX for winter driving in NH. I know I could get better gas mileage with a hybrid but am unwilling to go to a lesser performing vehicle. I never have dealer service but go to a local mechanic for all maintenance. I love this car! Has 105,000 miles.

I did everything over the phone with zero problems. No matter how many times I changed my mind my sales person Casandra answered my questions and the finance manager Iriam did everything he could to make sure I got what I wanted. The trade in experience was just as well.

My current car is a 2019 MDX. I absolutely love it. My previous car was a 2012 MDX. The only reason I don’t have that car is my daughter “totaled it” 2 days after getting her license. BUT my daughter walked away, unhurt, no broken bones, no concussion, not even a bruise. I thought the car would look like a mangled mess, just looked like it went off roading. I had no idea these were TANKS on the road. I will continue to drive these now that I know. The 2019 is very similar to the 2012, but love the apple car play, lane assist, and better gas mileage.

Very professional, great group. Last Tesla I bought was purchased from a group that sells 50-65 teslas a month (idrive in Carrolton tx). Auto Boutique surprised me, and managed a Tesla sale like a group that sells 10x more of these technically challenging vehicles. They got the car added to my Tesla app quickly and I left the dealership able to supercharge and drive 6 hours to my home. The young guys ( Ethen Beck and Enrique Ovalles) were very Tesla literate. I'm a contributor to a tesla owners forum and have over 4 million content views, so I'm not a Tesla Newbie. I have a 2016 model s p85, a 2021 model y dual motor, and now a 2021 refresh model s long range to replace the aging ap1 car. These guys had the recurrent battery report in addition to the carfax so I could skip checking the battery. Staff went into service mode and we checked the error log. They got an update to post before adding the car and so I drove off in great shape!

Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

I cannot recommend this location enough after the excellent service and very good experience I had with my first time financing a vehicle. After enjoying a 2006 Honda Pilot for over 200K miles it came time to try something different although the Pilot was still performing flawlessly. The ACURA MDX has proven to be an outstanding choice offering comfort, reliability, and an absolute pleasure to drive. Yes my mom took my jeep renegade (2022)to Helfman Dodge service on Silver road . When i say they did a wonderful with cleaning the outside, rotated the tires and oil change. Melissa was very friendly and courteous the other staff was as well. Thank you guys Stephanie Ingram

I've been driving this SUV for 32 mos. and can say that I love the acceleration and overall handling. However,the suspension is not the best (they saved the best for the Type-S). The gas mileage is just ok but you are driving a great sounding V6 versus a screaming 4-cyl. turbo. I never liked the look of prior generations and was very surprised by the stunning styling of this generation. I'm fine with the infotainment pad, it works great except for the phone charging pad which is junk. I could go either way for a touchscreen but I think that may be more distracting

As a retired tx DPS mvi trooper through my 30 years dealing with dealers carmax is most caring dealer. When we went to car max on gulf freeway to look for a new vehicle the salesman were very caring and helpful to find the velociraptor we wanted. I've only had my 2019 Acura MDX for a few weeks, so this review is based on this version and previous experiences with the MDX. This is my 3rd MDX. I had a 2010 and a 2013 before this one. First, when people complain about old technology, it makes me laugh. I think this technology is pretty sweet. I love Apple CarPlay. I get my music and I get GPS thru Waze. My maps are always updated. The Base model has very good options, and is plenty for my needs. So far I have been impressed with my 2019 version MDX. The gas mileage is way better than my previous version (24 vs 19 mpg). It's a great riding car and so far no complaints. I really like the Acura MDX.

I'm at 150K miles, bought this car used and would recommend to anyone looking for a solid, reliable SUV. I change the oil every 2,500-3,000 miles, that is just a quirk with these cars. I took off a star for comfort because I absolutely hate the headrests! A small thing to be sure, but I don't like how far forward they lean, and they only adjust up or down.
