Excellent customer service by Service Department!

Henry, service advisor, is the BEST Honda service advisor we have worked with. This was the first time using Honda of Pasadena since we are from the Northwest. Henry patiently answered many questions, reassured me that my detailed requests would be addressed, promptly returned phone calls, even helped to negotiate a discount on unexpectedly expensive repairs. He didn't try to push unnecessary service when I asked for 120,000-mile maintenance on our 2007 CRV. (One of your competitors gave a set cost which was significantly higher than your service department, and the person there was abrupt and rude!). Also, a shout-out to Jeff, who was my first point of contact--also very knowledgeable, courteous and informative. SUPERIOR customer service in every way!!
