Worked with Kirk Saraydaroglu to purchase a used Lexus NX 350 on the lot. Said there was no price drop that would happen but a week later it dropped $2k, so went in and Kirk did a very good job of negotiating a good price for our trade in and got a good deal on the dealership's financing. Kirk understandably was not very familiar with Lexus, but we were so that was fine. Overall he was very nice to work with and like with all car purchases, ALWAYS go in VERY well informed, but not showing how much you know. It's just how the game is played.

2021 Audi A6 review
Very nice upscale vehicle. Bought as a previously 2 yr leased auto, avoiding new car price and immediate depreciation. V-6 engine has no hesitation and quietness is excellent. My only two negatives are lack of storage for incidentals and a bit quirky audio that may reset from time to time ( must wait for it to go through a cycle). It has a mind of its own. Overall, excellent vehicle.

2016 Audi A6 review
Bought my '16 A6 3.0 TDI a year ago with 89k miles, now has almost 110k miles, and drives like a dream still. Can't even tell it's a diesel engine by the way it drives and how quiet it is. I drive a lot for work, and the gas mileage is amazing! Interior is comfy, classy, and roomy. Drives like butter, handles like a sports car. Exterior isn't too flashy, it's perfect. No issues, and my last checkup at the German export dealer was perfect. My favorite car I've owned, now I want an A8 L!

I have been with my sales representative Will Lang (now Sales Manager) for 5 years when I leased from Lindsay Cadillac in Virginia. Once my lease was coming to an end, Will reached out to me and let me know he was now with Jim Coleman Cadillac in Bethesda, so last year in May I took my business to where he was working. As usual, he took very good care of me, which was helping me to pick out the vehicle I wanted and what features I wanted inside and out. Will is always available to help me no matter what the issue is. He goes above and beyond to make your experience (whether you are leasing or buying) efficient, effective and drama free. The entire Jim Coleman Team was fantastic. I would highly recommend this dealership and my salesperson/sales manager Will Lang to anyone looking to lease or purchase a Cadillac. We just purchased a 2025 Kia K4 here. The car had an issue and it failed MD inspection. We called the salesman to tell him what happened and he was absolutely useless! However, the Sales Managers (Daniel and Aziz) that worked on our deal stepped in and helped to resolve the issue. I sent them the report that was provided from the Auto Shop that did the inspection. I brought the car back to have their service team look into the matter. Daniel made sure that we had a loaner while they had our car looked for the issue. Their service team look at it and they said nothing was wrong. The service team even went as far as to question the integrity of the place I took the car to get the inspection. Then Aziz sent the car over to the Kia service team and they said nothing was wrong with the car. I thought that was the end of it. I thought I was stuck with the car with an issue because the salesman had said the car is sold as is. However, the car failed inspection again. I took the car to a Kia Dealership in MD and they found the same issue as the place that did the inspection. I called Aziz back and sent him the findings from the Kia Dealership had provided. He told me he'd call me back in 20 mins. He called me back and told me to they would pay for the repair! These two gentlemen handled the situation with professionalism and went above and beyond to assist me and my family and ensure a positive outcome for! They are the reason for the 4 star rating. The salesman is the reason they didn't didn't get 5 stars! Aziz and Daniel, thank you for your professionalism throughout this entire process!

2017 Audi A6 review
I have owned this car for just over a year. No mechanical problems, very fun to drive. Took it across the country, very comfortable for driver and passenger. Loves to cruise at 75-85 mph and will go much faster. I thought I got a great deal on it. I paid half the sticker price and it had under 10,000 miles on it.
