Used 2019 Audi Q5 for sale in Barrington, IL

Hello! Just visited this dealership today and I must say it was truly a great experience. This was my first time going to this dealership and I will definitely recommend others to go!! The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

I purchased car November 2019. Took car in 1 month after buying for electronic issues. They fixed the problem and was fine. Now has another electronic problem. Will be taking it in for a third time to fix it They have not been able to correct it thus far.....other than that I love the car.

Not exactly the vehicle for a large family, but definitely a step up from the Acadia. Fast for a small SUV. Definitely look forward to driving it.

This SUV met all of my needs. Drives great whether you want to be sporty or classy this Sport Utility Vehicle have it all. The moon roof extends all the way to the back to give you a convertible feel. Great SUV!!

I can honestly say I’m not one of those people who usually writes a review. But this time I was compelled to write a review. From my brand specialist Ernie Alvarez to the fabulous finance manager Josh Bruhn I can’ say I never had a better experience purchasing a car. Most of the time I’ve dreaded going into a car dealership feeling like I was going to be taken advantage of or not taken care of or I was gonna have to haggle, haggle,haggle. From walking into the door I was greeted with a warm smile a comfortable confident handshake. Ernie was a great salesman! He gave me all of car information, gave me the Carfax showed me the price I was getting made sure I was comfortable. These should be things that you get from a car dealership but they are not things that you always get. If you look to purchase a car new or used car the Audi exchange in St Charles ask for Ernie Alvarez he’s is your guy. The finance manager was fabulous !!! Again that’s not something you normally say about a car dealership’s finance manager. I have already had my preapproved financing when I walked in, had a nice rate he went the extra mile and found me an even better rate. Got me a fabulous price with my warranty and made sure I knew all that the warranty entailed. Great dealership it was over an hour away from me and I was looking for a particular used car that they had and I am so glad that I chose that dealership. I can wholeheartedly recommend this dealership.

After my last car was totaled in a car accident, I came to Revved in search for a replacement. Wasn’t really sure what I was looking for since my last car was a large SUV but I drive a lot. The staff at Revved we’re patient and helped me explore options. I ended up buying a 2016 Prius that I absolutely love!

We had been searching causally for a few months for a plug in hybrid suv. We had toured a bunch of different brands and nothing felt right. We made an appt to see one at this dealership and we’re blown away. The team gave us our most in depth tour (over 2 hours ), helped us navigate finances and find the perfect vehicle. Adam Vogt the finance manager, went over additional vehicle coverages with me that I opted for ones that I felt provided me with great added value. The sales person (Joey Youseph) , although new on the job was very helpful and honest in providing information for my purchasing decision. The car I bought was a certified used 2019 Nissan Sentra vin xxxx-815. I have had the car for one week as of 6/26/2022 and I'm very pleased with the auto. Just as Mr. Youseph was forthcoming about the car which I had independently checked, I must admit that there was some price confusion which the used car manager could have more easily resolved. Couldn't expect much more but they just keep providing the best and most genuine customer service. Joe Silverman was our sales rep/brand specialist and he was not your typical car sales guy. He listened patiently to our needs, greeted us with courtesy, answered our questions well and didn't pretend to know all the answers. We bought the car that we were looking at and are very pleased. The used car was spic and span and was meticulously cleaned and detailed. The General Manager Dan Loose even took the time to talk with us to address our financial questions and made fitting recommendations. The finance head Tiffany Mervis was very pleasant, passionate about good work, and was sufficiently attentive to our questions. The head of tech Dan Sperro was very articulate and clear with coaching us through the car specs and features. Thus dealership is a prime example of what car buying experience should be. I recommend it to anyone who wants a pleasant purchasing process and you are sure to get genuine customer care from a staff that cares about doing good work and selling good quality vehicles.
