I was pleasantly surprised how easy my car buying experience was. Valentina was professional and honest and I felt I was buying a car with a knowledgeable friend. The dealership itself was spotless and I know I won???t dread spending time there for car service in the future.
This dealership provides great service. Got tired of the hard sell every time I went to another local dealership. Only thing I think they could do better is the waiting area. Another dealership I used to go to had theater type seating and desks with chairs to work at. When you are waiting for your car for 2-4 hours comfort is nice.
My experience with Audi Exchange and my salesman, Stuart, was excellent. Stuart was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car as well as taking the time to make sure I understood all the features. I plan on using the dealership for any and all my car needs.
Oil change & tires rotated took about 1.5 hours like they said. Nice waiting room internet connection, coffee, Service has always been very good, bringing our CRV there for 6 years. Prices are reasonable. Military vets get a discount on service.
Nick and Felix went above and beyond at the service deparment at Napleton Acura in Elmhurst. My wife had a blowout on the front tire, they replaced it with a brand new tire, washed and vacuumed the car and had me on my way within 30 mins on a Saturday afternoon.
First, Jorgen was a good sales rep. Online, the car appear to be exactly what we were looking for with a fantastic price. We showed up in the car had almost 2,000 more miles than what was listed on Cars.com.
We looked over the mileage and had it inspected at the Ford dealership. The car had some issues that indicated that it had been driven pretty rough for the mileage and it was CANANDIAN. Ford does not honor the same warranty for Canadian cars as it does for American cars. The specifications required for each country are different! Prices for Canadian cars are also cheaper and retailers can sell for a higher markup.
Though Anthony seem like a great person to go hang out with at the bar, he wanted to pretend like there was no difference between Canadian and American Ford warranties, would not make any price concessions for the increase in mileage then what was listed online and flatly stated that he was quite excited to be able to drive the car for a few more weeks until it sold.
Bottom line, do some heavy research and make sure that you are prepared to walk away if necessary.

I was interested a pre-owned Acura that the Autobarn had for sale. I had discussed the car with one of the sales managers, Jonathan, on the phone the day before, and had done my research. I called the morning of our visit and spoke to Sam to arrange a test drive. When we arrived, our salesman Sam was waiting for us, and the car was prepped for our test drive. The car was as described on their website - no surprises. We decided to purchase the car. The whole process of negotiating a sales price and valuing our trade was really easy and smooth. We never felt the pressure that is common at car dealers. Their finance person Chris got us a really good rate on our loan, even making calls to people he knows at the various local banks. We are very happy with our experience at the Autobarn.
My 16 year old daughter and I flew to Chicago specifically to purchase a 2015 Audi Q7 TDI. We identified several vehicles at 3 different dealerships that would work for us. We arrived at Audi Westmont at 830am on Saturday and drove 3 vehicles. Then we went to two other Chicago area Audi dealerships. After being disappointed with the quality of the CPO Q7's at other dealerships we ended back at Audi Westmont at 530pm and purchased the car we drove earlier that morning. I've had around 20 vehicles in the past decade or so. My experience at Continental Audi was everything you would expect from a highline dealer and more. My Audi Brand Specialist, Gonzalo, was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive without a trace of pushy sales tactics. He and the Business Manager, Josh, did a fantastic job working with me to get the deal done remotely as I don't live in Chicagoland. I had originally asked to have my credit app sent to a specific lender that I have a relationship with, and Josh was able to save me over 1% on my interest rate after he called me to let me know a different lender had been more competitive with rates lately. That man knows his stuff!
I purchased a CPO vehicle, so I definitely was not a big spender as far as Audi customers go, but the dealership treated me like royalty.
