Used 2019 Audi Q5 for sale in Wheeling, IL

Brought my car without an appointment at 3:30 pm, with TPMS issue, Kevin took it from me, quickly provided diagnostics, after another 20 minutes car was fixed, and I went home. Can't say enough how good this guy is.

The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

My husband and I visited several dealerships before we came here. We arrived and met with Chris Babas (sorry if i spelled it wrong). At first we were skeptical since alot of other dealerships lie about inventory. He was very up front and honest with everything. Answered every question we had regarding warranty, features, and even more details we wernt aware of. The whole staff in general was very welcoming and friendly. We know where our next purchase will b in the future. Finally found a dealership I can shop with confidence.

I purchased car November 2019. Took car in 1 month after buying for electronic issues. They fixed the problem and was fine. Now has another electronic problem. Will be taking it in for a third time to fix it They have not been able to correct it thus far.....other than that I love the car.

I drove 40 miles to see a 2016 Honda CRV, and I bought it! The salesman, Kenny was warm, welcoming and laid back (NO pressure) and the financial advisor, Kim did a fantastic job of getting me the very lowest loan rate and bargain extended warranty. Not exactly the vehicle for a large family, but definitely a step up from the Acadia. Fast for a small SUV. Definitely look forward to driving it.

I brought the car in due to a check engine light. This turned into to more work required than initially anticipated and compounded by delays in part delivery. The Service Advisor Evan kept me updated throughout and worked very hard to get me a loaner. The car has now been returned in very good shape.

I purchased a 2019 Mdx after searching for an MDX for quite some time. I felt McGrath had good options and pricing. I had not had great dealer experiences in the past and delayed the car buying purchase for that reason. This time around was very different. I dealt with Jonathan as the salesperson and Daniel in finance dept. They were both down to earth, easy to talk to and very fair as well as transparent. Both communicated well at each step , set time expectations and made sure the numbers were explained clearly. The GM and others also made a point to introduce themselves to the point where it felt like we were friends or could be folks you would enjoy hanging out with. Jonathan and Daniel were awesome to work with and being this dealership was referred to me by a friend who bought 2 mdxs here, this location does a great job in customer experience—I left feeling good about the purchase which was a overall great feeling.

This SUV met all of my needs. Drives great whether you want to be sporty or classy this Sport Utility Vehicle have it all. The moon roof extends all the way to the back to give you a convertible feel. Great SUV!!

Legit review. Kevin did a great job from start to finish. The finance dept Nick Kioutas didn’t play games or try and upsell us with nonsense. The entire process was painless, which is unusual for a dealership. We live in Florida but are working in Milwaukee for 12 months. We shopped all the dealerships in Milwaukee area. They were all so bad we had to shop Northern IL. IL dealerships were also a nightmare. Schaumburg did a nice job for us. We will recommend and buy more from them. I can only speak for Kevin Hanson though. I know nothing about other salesmen here.

I'm from Pittsburgh and I never purchased a vehicle from another state and not physically saw the car in person. My experience working worth Todd at this dealership was the best car buying experience I have ever had and far better than any dealership I have purchased a car from locally. I inquired about this car late on a Saturday night and Todd called me back first thing early Sunday morning. I thought that it was very impressive to get a call back on a Sunday morning when dealerships are closed on Sundays. Also, I thought it was impressive to get a call back on a Sunday morning knowing I'm an out of state customer. Todd is very impressive he made the entire car buying process easy and I highly recommend you contact if you are in the market for a car. This is hands down the very best dealership to buy a car. As a first time car buyer, I was very nervous about the experience of buying a car on my own. From the time I arrived I was treated with kindness and respect. The sales person who helped me was friendly and helpful and soon put me at ease. I was able to test drive the car and go through the purchase process in a very timely manner. Although it is never easy to make such a big, important purchase, by the time I left the dealership, i felt good about my decision to buy the car.

Wow came in for a test drive. Met with Raphael. Who’s the sales manager at Fletcher Jones Audi. What kind friendly knowledgeable expert service I received from Raphael I must say. After a great experience, Raphael referred me to Audi Sales Specialist Melinda. We did a test drive and Melinda knew all about the product I was looking for. She answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable and she even showed me things about the vehicle I had no idea of. I was blown away with Melinda. Once we returned to the dealer, I met with Audi New Car Sales Manager Gabriel who again treated me like family. He too was very friendly and answered all my questions. In the end I came in for a test drive and walked out with my fourth Audi from Fletcher Jones Audi. This dealership treated me and my wife like family yet again. After months of being on the search for a S60 , and a nasty experience with the management of Volvo (McGrath) in barrington, I was ready to give up and find something else. I did one last search and somehow found Volvo cars Lisle. After a quick phone call I was connected with Chris G and on my way to Lisle (even though it was 85 miles one way from my house). I went to purchase a vehicle I seen online, when I arrived the vehicle was sold . I felt frustrated at the fact that nobody had the consideration to contact me and let me know before I drove an hour away from home. The sales manager was very apologetic about the issue and showed me a similar car . I considered getting the vehicle and because of the inconvenience he dropped the asking price. I ended up purchasing the vehicle so overall , it all worked out.
