Q5 is a very comfortable & great performance vehicle. The Prestige model has options that other manufacturers only wish for & gets great gas mileage street & highway .

The guy that scheduled my appointment, Tony, really went above and beyond. The guy was awesome. While scheduling my service request he also set up a follow-up task for himself to help me out.

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

Tim Queen is your man if you want to purchase or lease a vehicle. He is just great! Compared to my last purchase of my current vehicle from another state tmy experience with Tim yesterday was phenomenal. He was very kind and patient and took his time to explain the different stages and processes of vehicle purchase, showed me the different vehicles they had that suited my preference, took me out on a test drive and really helped me gain perspective on getting the right vehicle to suit my lifestyle. I had been shopping around for an Audi and had a great experience with this dealership. Chris was informative but not pushy. Car was priced well. They worked through a unique buying situation for me and we came to a deal. Finance was easy to go through and didn?t take forever like most experiences. Facility was clean, inviting and everyone was friendly.

Great experience, I seen a car, they responded immediately. I sent a credit application and 10 mins later they called me with the approval. Sent me docs to E-sign, took my insurance card and license virtual and set up my pick up for the vehicle the next day!!! Kenneth and Chris were great.

So, I know better than to purchase a new vehicle when the manufacturer makes major modifications to an existing model but bought the newly revamped (at least its' electronics) Q5. Before 3000 miles, had significant issues with the MMI. Brought the vehicle to the local dealership and was informed that the software required a significant update.
