Beau Kelly did a follow up call post my recall. He resolved my heads up display issue and helped me resolve my user setting. Beau was so patient and stuck with it until the matter was fixed. I’m so happy either way this outcome. What excellent service. Thank you Beau and Audi Borth Houston.

Jazzy and Ace created a very good deal for us. Worked hard to make all aspects work for what we were looking for. I do believe that they truly want "customer for life" in making things work.

Audi North Houston review
Audi in North Houston is my go to dealership! I’ve gotten two Audi vehicles and I’m so in love! I love the professionalism as well as attention to detail from the staff. They are always striving to do the best and I genuinely feel like they care about the customer. My sales rep was Callie and she was more than amazing. She is very kind, patient and thorough. Mr. Brett really helped me get the car that I wanted and Daisy is always very helpful whenever I need to take my car in to get serviced. Going to Audi North Houston is quite an experience. I highly recommend this dealership!

I had an outstanding experience working with Logan Daniel at Audi Sugar Land. From the moment I walked in, Logan went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and all the options available. What truly stood out was how he exceeded my expectations at every step—answering all my questions, being transparent, and making sure I felt confident about my purchase. He genuinely cared about delivering a great customer experience rather than just making a sale. If you’re looking to buy an Audi and want someone who will go the extra mile, I highly recommend working with Logan. Thank you for making the experience exceptional! 🚗✨

Shopping for new car. Had one shipped from another carmax. Took car for 24hr test drive. Took to Firestone; was showed a badly rusted undercarriage. Returned outback to carmax Dothan. They said they'd have a look at it, that it might be within their specs but not ours. Manager offered to reimburse us the inspection and shipping fee. Can't argue with that. Great customer service.

Matt and Hunter at Carmax really made this the best experience for me. Matt worked with me through phone and email up until the day I went in. He was very informative and assisted me through the entire process. Hunter was the salesman I worked with when I went in. He was accommodating and polite. I didn't feel the "pressure" of a sales man at all. And he was very professional. I will recommend this dealer to anyone I know looking to buy a vehicle.

Great Service! I drove in with a warm welcome and didn't feel hunted like other lots I visited. Ronald (my dealer) Explained everything about the car I was looking at and was very patient with me and my questions. I was very comfortable and happy with my purchase at Capitol Chevrolet. I definitely want add-ons now.

Auto Boutique TexasReviews
Auto Boutique Texas review
Very professional, great group. Last Tesla I bought was purchased from a group that sells 50-65 teslas a month (idrive in Carrolton tx). Auto Boutique surprised me, and managed a Tesla sale like a group that sells 10x more of these technically challenging vehicles. They got the car added to my Tesla app quickly and I left the dealership able to supercharge and drive 6 hours to my home. The young guys ( Ethen Beck and Enrique Ovalles) were very Tesla literate. I'm a contributor to a tesla owners forum and have over 4 million content views, so I'm not a Tesla Newbie. I have a 2016 model s p85, a 2021 model y dual motor, and now a 2021 refresh model s long range to replace the aging ap1 car. These guys had the recurrent battery report in addition to the carfax so I could skip checking the battery. Staff went into service mode and we checked the error log. They got an update to post before adding the car and so I drove off in great shape!
