I had been searching for a new Hyundai; I met John Crawford (Big John) on December 21 and my search was over. John listened to what I wanted and the Budget I was working with. He found me a vehicle and told me that he was going to work hard to have the vehicle delivered before Christmas. He made no promises only gave his word to do everything that was possible to have the vehicle delivered before Christmas. On December 22, I receive the wonderful news from John that the car would be delivered by 4pm. Big John’s hard work and dedication paid off and he got the car delivered. This is a very clean, aesthetically pleasing dealership. The display of the vehicles was very inviting. The staff was genuinely nice, not pushy, and very knowlegable. I bought car and it was very efficient and comfortable. One of the best experiences I have had in purchasing a vehicle.

I had been searching for months to find the right A8L. I had been to another dealer to look at a 4.0 in the color I wanted, but there were so bad it almost turned me away from Audi altogether. I saw on cars.com they had a car that was very close to my requirements and it was one year newer and Audi Certified. I did not get as much for my trade as I reasonably expected but overall I feel like I got a good car at a good deal. Wendy was my "brand specialist" and was very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend them as it was a good experience, which I can not often say about buying a used car at a dealership.

I brought the car in for an oil change and tire rotation and left with a safer car. A 4 tires lost air pressure in the cold snap 3 bounced back when it warmed and one didn't. They found a leak and repaired it. A damaged suspension component was also found. That was likely something missed by the body shop that repaired a minor fender bender last year. I was also given a ride home and a pick up when the need for extra work was determined. Great service, highly recommend.

This is my fourth Audi from AutoNation (formerly Fletcher Jones). My pre purchase dealings were straightforward and I received honest and prompt feedback about the car I was considering. I initially planned to get another Q7, but after the sales team explained my options with a Q8 and an SQ8, I decided the SQ8 was a much better fit for my wants and needs. So glad they explained these options. Car was in stock and I had it prepped and ready in a couple days.

My Audi Q5 was driven to look at a warranty covered repair, it was shifting roughly from Park to Drive. It took about 3 days to check everything out, reset the computer for driving more smoothly and make sure all warranted systems were in peak driving condition. They fixed everything very well and submitted warranty covered conditions. Also the Service Specialist, Kristian, set me up with a 2026 Audi Q5 loaner. My whole experience with Audi Westmont dealership has been top of the line. I send kudos and praise to all the staff that assisted me and fixed my car properly. I purchased my Audi Q5 at Audi Westmont and will continue with all my servicing there. I also will purchase my next Audi at this dealership. High praise for all they do for their clients@

Bought my Q7 in for a recall service and once checked was told that I have 2 recalls for my vehicle and both would be attended to at the time of service. The knowledge and accommodation for service is what keeps me believing I made the right vehicle purchase.
