My car buying experience at the Infiniti of Silver Spring was exceptional. The sales person (Mike Goldring) greeted me in such a friendly and professional manner. I previously visited other Infiniti dealerships, but none of them impressed me more than Infiniti of Silver Spring. My salesperson was able to acomodate my request, and I am very pleased with my new 2016 QX60. I feel as though I am driving in a luxurious vehicle. Unlike other Infiniti dealerships, I receive a free car hand washing at any time. My experience at Audi Chantilly was terrific. Perusing vehicles online and saw a used one I was interested in online. Enquired about its availablity and got immediate responses from two sales associates. Made an appointment to test drive. Evening before test drive, received email to say vehicle was still available. Upon arrival at dealership, vehicle was sitting outside in front of the showroom (anticipating my test drive!). The dealership is large, expansive and immaculately kept. My sales associate, Mamta, was exemplary. She assured all my needs were met while test driving, getting information about the vehicle, discussing price, final sale and paperwork/documents to be completed. Drove home that evening in an exceptionally clean & well-maintained used Audi A5 Cabriolet. Even gift-boxed spare key and extra key ring...Very classy touch!
We just bought our 2nd new Fusion Hybrid from Battlefield, and from Greg Wood. He’s amazing and makes buying a new car enjoyable. We’ve had all service done thru the dealer, and the service has been excellent every time.
My experience was outstanding. Everyone involved in the transaction was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the no pressure attitude of the sales and fiance team. I met Ryan Henehan [Inventory Mgr] while waiting for information about a specific trim but he personified the understanding of a certain culture of leadership that titles do not make leaders.His understanding of "Taking Ownership" is why we ended up buying our vehicle here. Ryan possesses an acute sense of Relational Intelligence from his measured words that had succinct impact,to exemplary follow-up even when i'd expressed that I was moving on to other alternatives. Ryan isn't part of the sales staff but I tell you,he became the most important person to whom my wife and I committed our loyalty. I walked into the showroom and looked around at the rather amazing cars a bit before being casually approached by Kuchard (sp?), one of the managers. We talked a bit and he guided me to the A4, which is a perfect car for me. He then introduced me to Shawn who took me out on a test drive. From that point on, I was sold. We talked a bit more and then I left as i never make impulse decisions. There was no pressure from them at all to buy. The next day I came back, drove a couple more models and settled on a beautiful Premium Plus A4 with the tech package. The best part of it all was I felt like I was dealing with more of a friend than a salesman. Instead of trying to upsell me or push a deal, he just listened to what I said I wanted and matched me up with the perfect car at a very good price. Shawn, Kuchard and Mohammad were all great guys who made the whole buying process fun & easy instead of stressful.
This dealership is 1st class all the way. Our salesman Atanas was incredibly nice and quite knowledgeable. The entire process of leasing our new Q7 was the most relaxed automobile purchasing experience ever. I highly recommend Silver Spring dealership
