Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

I've been going to Berman Subaru for 4 years now and every maintenance visit is always smooth and easy. Also, Kevin is the man. Seriously. He's always helpful, easy to talk to and just a stand-up guy. No pressure, no weird sales energy just straightforward, honest help. Couldn't recommend enough. I wanted a hatchback, always been a big fan so I have been looking on and off for a while and when Shift presented me with an Audi A3 Hatch, and it was a hybrid I jumped on it. Only thing that I regret is not finding one with Android Auto build in, if anyone has a recommendation to do that for cheap, let me know
