Brandon Arpin provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’m coming from out of town and got a flat tire on my way back home and he easily got me in. At my dealership back home it is such a headache to deal with the service department. I have the tire package and just to get them to pull up the information on what’s covered is a struggle for them. Brandon pulled all my information up and answered all questions and concerns. I’m even considering driving over an hour just to get my car serviced with him from now on because he made it so easy. Phenomenal workers and owners. Bought a truck recently in tip top condition from these folks and was not disappointed. However, after driving the truck for 2 days, a freak disaster due to no fault of their own, happened, causing some of the electrical components in the truck to completely fry and catch on fire and render the truck un-startable. I called the owners of said shop and he gave me his personal number and told me to tow it to his shop immediately, regardless of the time, to have a look at it. I had bought the car as is and did not choose to get extended warranty but Mohamad and his colleagues went out of their way to provide a repair and replacement to the damaged components within the truck completely FREE of charge. Even though he technically did not have to go out his way and had all the right to charge me for the repairs, he stated, “You are my customer and I take care of my customers.” He proceeded to then get his colleagues to prioritize my truck even after they had already closed shop and were able to complete all necessary repairs within 3 hours after telling me it would be ready the next day because he heard that I was in urgent need of the truck for work purposes. I will surely be encouraging my friends and coworkers to consider shopping at this dealership for any future automobile purchases and you should to. These gentlemen are full of integrity and truly care for their fellow human beings. They made me feel as if I have been a friend of theirs for years and in need of urgent care. They are transparent in the way they conduct business and strive to be as fair as anyone could be when negotiating. If I ever decide to purchase another vehicle in the future, I will surely want to purchase it from Mohamed and his men. Absolutely amazing people and even better businessmen.

Bought mine in 2025 with rather low miles on it (offerred by dealership as a CPO with 18 months left). It feels luxurious inside and is pretty quiet. I'd say it was really beautiful but the way the infotainment screed is situated on the dash it sorta looks like it was just stuck there. Still, it works really well and supports CarPlay which works seemlessly. I didn't buy this car to watch movies lol. Back seats are comfy but there is a raised floor channel which seems odd; you definitely would't put a fifth adult in the middle. Still, the rear seat pass-through is cool and accomodates my skis. With read seats flipped down the total cargo space is acceptable but by no means best in class. I'm no speed demon so the 2.0 turbo is plenty for me considering the weight of the car. It handles well but it's not an Ultimate Driving Machine experience. . Mostly I'm impressed with ride quality and interior cabin sound level. The stock stereo is so-so and I tried the upgraded B&O system and it wasn't remarkable either. I am impressed with highway fuel economy near 35mpg. I did not purchase addtl maintenace and strongly recommend you change fluids waaay more often than mfr's specifications.

I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

I've only had this car for a few weeks and drove it a total of 5 times and put well under 50 miles on it, so my review is limited. Thus far I have not had any issues with the car. Hopefully, it remains so.

Great dealership and they have plenty of car models and options to choose from, really clean spacious facility and seems very organized. They offer competitive pricing and are competing tough against Dallas, Plano, Houston market as well. The Sales Associate was very quick to respond and provided me a final number within minutes of my first interaction and cut-out lots of back and forth that usually happens with car buying at dealership. Also, he was proactive in ensuring to request my address, driver license and other documents so the car was practically ready once I reached the dealership. The location of the dealership is also a plus point, literally off the main freeway in North Austin. The staff in general has a no-frills, straight to the point personality and it really makes you feel that you are making your own decision and they don’t try to oversell, but rather help you find a vehicle based on your request and budget. The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

Q5 is a very comfortable & great performance vehicle. The Prestige model has options that other manufacturers only wish for & gets great gas mileage street & highway .
