2024 Audi Q3 review
I purchased the 2024 Audi Q3 pre-owned and it was in showroom condition. There was an initial issue with the front passenger side door lock but it was promptly repaired under warranty at the Audi Dealer. (I did not purchase it there.) Other than that, I love the ride and handling, the engine is a powerful sucker and amazes me how fast I can jump into moving traffic especially on the Interstate. German engineering is the best and this will definitely not be my last Audi. 5 stars all the way around. My only concern is the road noise, I expected an Audi to be more quiet, but I have gotten used to it.

I had no interest in buying an Audi when I came into contact with Paula. But after walking through the brands and the type of car I was searching for, Paula guided me to the right fit for me. Which happened to be an Audi, ha! Paula went above and beyond to provide quality service despite me being a remote buyer over 1,000 miles away. She sent videos and pictures of THE car, while providing great detail and explanations of all the features etc. When it came time to execute on the deal, she was fast and swift making sure all my questions and concerns were answered. I dealt with 4 other car salesmen in my car buying journey, and Paula was by far the most attentive while also not being nagging (ie., calling you every day). She knew the type of customer I was, giving me space to make my decision and allowing the car & her presentation of it to speak for itself. That?s a rare thing to find in this industry. I probably called Paula at least 3 times a day and texted her throughout the day. No matter what she was doing she always took the time to respond and/or follow up if need be. This experience was fun for me, and I will definitely call Paula the next time I?m back in the market.

A couple of weeks ago I bought a used 2011 Toyota RAV4 Sport. My sales lady, Joyce, was very communicative and prompt to send me information about the vehicle prior to me coming to take a look at it. She was very well mannered, chill, and friendly. I was not going to buy the Rav4 at the listing price, and I wish I had tried to work the price down a little lower, but I am mostly satisfied with the price I paid and the condition of the vehicle. One neat thing is the Beaver Benefits package. Since my vehicle was sold as-is, it didn't come with every Beaver Benefit on the brochure, but it came with several that might come in handy. But I live in Athens GA, so Beaver Toyota of Cumming is a bit of a drive for me. Nonetheless, I might be able to take advantage of a few of the benefits over time.

2023 Audi SQ5 review
I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.

2022 Audi A3 review

She even arranged for us to be able to take it to our personal trusted mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. We decided we’d like the vehicle from that review! Paula happened to be out of the office for the next few days while we finalized our transaction—but she arranged for her colleague Erwin to help us! He was just as great as Paula! We had a an easy pick up once the car was ready. And off we went! Within the week we have already driven to NY State and back and it’s a beast! Comfortable and pulling a loaded 5x8 cargo trailer and can’t even feel It! We are thrilled with our purchase…and this is our 5th Audi (and 2nd in the Q7 family). What a spectacular experience. I usually buy used cars, but went ahead and purchased a new 2023 Q8 Prestige. The ONLY person to work with here is Ahamed Eboo. He is wise, professional, transparent, and listens to each and every one of your wants and needs. This level of professionalism has, for the most part, dried up in the car business, not with him and not with Audi of Marietta. This place is very modern and amazing. Before the purchase he guided us every step of the way. Then upon arrival of our 2023 Q8, we went to the dealership and he made the purchase 1000% pain free. I would buy again when I am ready. He sits in the car with you for 45+ min and shows you each feature. Which you usually take 6-12 months to discover by yourself. Not with him, it was important to him to make sure we saw all that this amazing beast of a vehicle has to offer. Come here, ask for AHAMED EBOO, he is the only person with a desk inside the show room, goes to show you how long he has been great here.
2025 Audi A5 review
Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

As someone who had just immigrated from Korea, I had to purchase a used car due to budget constraints. While I would have loved to buy a BMW, I ended up purchasing a Hyundai Santa Fe that BMW had taken in as a trade-in. The dealer I worked with, Gennaro, was exceptionally kind and responsible—so much so that he genuinely influenced my perception of BMW as a brand. One of the main reasons I chose this vehicle over cars from general used-car dealers was the trust I had in BMW’s basic inspection and standards. However, the way Gennaro handled everything afterward gave me even greater confidence that I had made the right decision. Having just arrived in the U.S., everything felt unfamiliar and overwhelming at times, but this experience reminded me that there are truly good people here. Honestly, when the time comes for me to change cars in the future, I sincerely hope to return to BMW and purchase a new car from Gennaro. I would even say that owning a BMW through him has become one of my mid- to long-term goals for my life as an immigrant over the next five years.

When we arrived he had the vehicle ready for our test drive, he explained a good portion of the features of the vehicle and answered any and all questions we had in reference to it. He didn’t apply any unwanted pressure which made the process of buying the car seamless. The finance manager was also very kind and patient. I walked out with my dream car. And because we came so late in the evening we missed the detailing but was promised one if I’m ever in the area. I enjoyed my car buying experience and will be back when it’s time for my husbands car!!

2021 Audi Q7 review
I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.
