Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram BrooksvilleReviews
Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Brooksville review
very good selection. My new renegade had 2600 miles, looked new.Upon inspection at home, underhood, very dirty, underside dirty, nail in the right rear tire.car was not preparared. No jack in the car to remove tire, My floor jack did not fit, jack must be a pinch weld special adapter.Keith in serv dept refused to fix tire unless I signed to pay 30 dollars.I told him I only drove home, the nail is rusted from previous use.He refused to listen, told me to use my floor jack with a 2x4., refused to explain how. I know how to plug a tire, but unable to use my jack. Two hours to plug a tire.MY last visit to the service dept. auto mechanics is my hobby for 50 years. I still like the renegade, good quality, even though no spare and no jack, and no tools.

AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park review
IT was amazing 🤩 I was scared at first because my car was in good shape but after listening to the dealer explained the future of my car life I sat there thinking WOW 😦 I never thought of it that way before I thought I was set up for another 6 years to come. But he shift my site to a new look at the truth and I was so excited yet overwhelmed to be honest I felt so unreal me leaving from two second hand cars to a new car that I was going to be the first one to drive it i had to pinch myself and give God all the Glory a oil change was all I needed now I'm in a new 2026 Toyota Camry thank you Mr Jesse Eubanks and your good friend for helping me to get financed so I could drive away with my new car 🚗🚨 I will always be tell my family and friends if they need a new car or a good second hand car this is the place to go they are compassionate caring and understanding they know what it is like out there to need a new car but cannot afford it. So again thank you for letting me drive out of your dealership with my head high again and again 🙏🤗💘

Sun Toyota review
Visited the Sun Toyota service center today. James Lake, my service advisor is simply terrific. Got me quickly set up during an incredibly busy day. When my car was ready James came by and walked me back To the shop floor to my car and Kenneth Walter (sharp young guy) succinctly Showed me the issues and gave me two solutions. Professional, short and sweet with options. Sun Toyota is the best! I always feel well taken care of. I consistently have this kind of experience here. Highly recommend!

Volkswagen BrandonReviews
Volkswagen Brandon review
This was the best experience I've ever had with a dealership. My sales associate AJ, was truly an expert on not only the vehicle that he showed me, but on the company as a whole. He was able to demonstrate how to use all the fancy safety features and explain what they did, and answer any questions I had with confidence. He was so friendly with both my daughters, and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. AJ was very open and honest about all the different dealership fees that would add on to the total purchase price, and explained what they all were. He was quick to respond to any messages, and did a great job of keeping my needs and wants for the vehicle in mind when showing me different options. They gave me a good offer on my trade in, even though it was less than I owed on the vehicle. He and his manager Paul were even willing to come up on the trade in offer, but my vehicle has a bad accident from the previous owner on the carfax. Paul explained his reasoning for the offer which came directly from KBB (another dealership tried to offer me $2000 less with no rhyme or reason). I know dealership fees can be frustrating, but I think the fees at Volkswagen Brandon are fair compared to other dealerships in the area. AJ did definitely do his job as a car salesman and try to upset me, offering me finance options for New vehicles, but was completely respectful when I told him we weren't interested in financing or a new vehicle. He didn't keep pushing, instead focusing on trying to get me in a vehicle that fit our budget and that I loved. I absolutely adore my new 2023 Tiguan, and I 100% recommend Volkswagen Brandon for your vehicle needs.

Mercedes-Benz of St. PetersburgReviews
Mercedes-Benz of St. Petersburg review
We recently had a major repair to our Mercedes that was covered under warranty but took 2 weeks to repair. The majority of that repair time was waiting for parts. Once the parts arrived the repair was completed in a couple days. We were loaned a beautiful new Mercedes while the repair was made. The service department was excellent and kept us informed. Overall a great experience, I highly recommend them for your service needs.

Lexus of Tampa BayReviews
Lexus of Tampa Bay review
I recently purchased a Mazda CX-5 from Lexus of Tampa Bay after finding it online. I normally hate the car-buying experience, but Zee completely changed that. He was professional, knowledgeable, straightforward, and never pushy. He listened, answered my questions, and made the entire process easy and comfortable. I already knew I wanted the CX-5—Zee is the reason I chose to buy it from Lexus of Tampa Bay. I’ve bought enough cars to know a great salesman when I meet one. Zee is exactly that. I would absolutely buy from him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Kia of Wesley Chapel review
The entire purchasing process was seamless. The sales staff listened to my needs and had several vehicles for me to select from right down to the color and features I requested. This is rare in today's business climate. This is the 3rd vehicle I've purchased from this dealer. You can only earn that kind of repeat loyalty if they excel in all aspects of the car buying experience. Financing my purchase was handled professionally. My vehicle was delivered to me in excellent condition including a full tank of gasoline. I will purchase from them again.

The salesman Justin was good. However what comes across on line through the site for pricing and financing do not match what is the actual at the dealership.

CarMax OrlandoReviews
CarMax Orlando review
CarMax located on 6375 South semoran boulevard Orlando Florida is an awesome place to shop and buy a car. All the employees, especially John Citron our car salesperson and Amy Miller our service consultant are super super nice people, along with everybody else that works here. Amy Miller from the get-go was a super super nice and helpful person with everything that she did for me and my wife from the get-go. In today's society, nice people are hard to come by, but people here at CarMax are super friendly and helpful and professional and knowledgeable.
