BMW of Dallas review
From first contact by email to the final sale, everything at BMW of Dallas was seamless. As an out of state buyer, they explained the process even before my arrival. They had my vehicle ready for a test drive, which was a plus, Carfax readily available with a complete inspection list. Once it was time for the paperwork, which everyone dreads, that process took less than 15 minutes. The staff at BMW of Dallas were all courteous, helped with my concerns, and knew that my time was valuable. Mark Dominguez Martinez, Sales, made sure the process was flawless and as easy as possible. I would definitely buy another vehicle from BMW of Dallas.

Go Luxury Auto Group review
This was the best car buying experience I’ve been through. Everyone I met, spoke to and met at Go Luxury Auto Group was friendly, professional and answered every question I had. The experience was effortless. Buying a car as a woman can be difficult. Sales reps are often condescending and don’t give you the time you need. Go Luxury Auto Group made me feel important every step of the way. Bryan is doing a phenomenal job and if you’re thinking of purchasing a luxury vehicle, this is the place to do it.

2025 BMW 228 Gran Coupe review
So far so good with this purchase of a dealer loaner car after the first 1000 miles. Nearly all of it has been highway miles on the return trip to LA from Las Vegas after purchase and a recent round trip LA-Las Vegas. Really smooth highway drive, The engine doesn't sound like it's laboring at all. Excellent fuel mileage so far as well.I haven't done much local driving yet. I hope it remains as comfortable as it has felt so far. (I went from an X2 to a sedan). If you're not used to it, the touch features on the dash might take some getting used to. The truck is smaller than I've been used to. Overall, I'm very pleased.

MINI of DallasReviews
MINI of Dallas review
Got to the dealership a little early. One service guy was helping another customer. I appreciate his efforts to help her but we waited for about 20 minutes to actually be assisted. I was in for my first service appointment. Two plus hours later, I basically got an oil change and was told that my tires needed rotating but that I should get an alignment as well so that I didn’t mess up the rotation. So, oil change and no tire rotation! I was also told that I could do the alignment and tire rotation at BMW Tyler so I didn’t have to drive all the way back to Dallas. Hmmmm. How about you just do the rotation with the service. I left for about 2 hours and came back to the waiting room. I had to go up to the service guy twice to see where my car was at. The second time I went up, I asked about the car and he said he wondered as well. He called the service department and quickly went and got my car. I have to say, my service guy was very nice. But the dealership is very quiet. None of the employees seem to engage with one another. There is a weird atmosphere in the building as if no one likes one another. Not sure I’ll go back there unless I have a major issue. One last thing, apparently they wash your car for you. I was asked if I was waiting around, which I was. I was told that if i got the car wash that it would push me past the 2 hour mark. Well, I didn’t need a car wash if that was the case. I opted out of getting one. The funny thing is, I went past the 2 hour mark, only got an oil change and no car wash.

My mom set an appointment with James to come see a Range Rover HSE. We drove in from Louisiana. I came with her to potentially drive the rental car back. Not only did she leave with her car, I ended up calling my bank to purchase a vehicle as well. The service is unmatched. Top notch service, and an amazing selection of vehicles! I would recommend this team to anyone for their next purchase.

I had an excellent experience with this dealer. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the entire process. The vehicle was exactly as described, and the pricing was fair.

I recently purchased a car from this dealership and had such a great experience! Leslie was my salesperson, and she made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured. Leslie truly went above and beyond to make sure I found the right car and felt confident in my purchase. I’m so happy with my new vehicle and grateful for the excellent customer service. Highly recommend this dealership—and definitely ask for Leslie!
2021 BMW 228 Gran Coupe review
Having driven my 2021 Lexus IS for a year, I started looking for a change...Yes, Lexus is a great car and I must admit - built quality, reliability and safety is by far one of the best...Yet, I was constantly having a bug in my head, especially while driving on highways...there was something that was not complete with this car and I was having a second thought about it...until finally I realized- I was not enjoying driving this car! Again, safety and reliability were great but was it really what I wanted from a luxury car (many would argue that it’s Toyota after all, but hey- Lexus has so many great features so don’t be cynic)! All my friends, who had BMWs, would tell me that I had to try a bimmer. And here I am, sold my Lexus and decided to give it a try with an entry level 2021 BMW 228i xdrive gran coupe (CPO). Man, were my friends right! What a joy to drive this vehicle (and I must say that BMW enthusiasts do not even classify 2 series as fun as 3 series RWD, for example)...Yet, my BMW’s engaging driving hooked me- this is what I was missing - car that is an ultimate driving machine! And better yet, my CPO vehicle comes with 2 more years of warranty and 1 year free maintenance! Enjoying every moment driving this car... Handling, acceleration (especially in a sport mode) is by far so much better than my former Lexus…and it drives complements! It has one weakness though - you will fall in love with this car and will likely never look back at any another brand! My next one will be the M model if I can afford it...one day!
