Brian is the best sales person I have ever met. We were looking for a car for my mom and he was very polite, attentive when he showed us the available cars. I especially liked how respectful and kind he was to my mom, she loved him! We will be back soon just because of him!

Stevens Creek BMW review
I have been Looking for a Used Audi Q6 E-tron Prestige with low miles was just listed at Stevens Creek BMW. I quickly contacted the Dealer and this Audi just came in on trade. I called the BMW dealer and spoken with Alec Kisin - BMW internet Sales. I explained that I was located in Washington State and was very much intrested in buying the car. Once I have obtained the airline tickets Stevens Creek BMW agreed to hold the car for me and I flew out the next day for a test drive, purchase and 900 mile drive back home. #1 Alec was very easy to work with. The car was in New Condition and on top of that a great price. #2 Harres Asefi - Finance Manager again easy to work with. Contract was already written for me. In summary: -Great Car! -Great Price! -Great People! -Easy to do Business with! Thanks Again, Guy Cheek

I must start by saying that under normal circumstances, I never review and/or write regarding my experiences. Mr. Von since the get-go (phone & texts) worked as well as listened to our wants and needs. Although we didn't get the 21' sporty tires we wanted (we can purchase at some point I suppose) Ultimately, we got the SUV we wanted and perfect color the wife wanted (Brooklyn Grey). Btw - Von I may text you regarding a few suggestions with accessories! Eric C. Diaz in the Finance Dept. guided us with a swimmingly and smooth process; if there is a such thing when purchasing a luxury vehicle. With attention to detail and patience required going through a plethora of finance/numbers paperwork/signage he was passionate about walking us through with empathy and excitement. For all of this and more to come! Your superb care will not go unnoticed Eric Cahue Diaz! Happy Camper - R. Israel Medina Del Toro & Veronica Vazquez.

BMW of Wesley Chapel review
Friendly, helpful people from the start. They reached out, scheduled a test drive quickly and I wound up buying the car. The experience felt mildly 'sales-y' but not nearly what I have felt in the past. They let me know my options, worked to get to the number I was comfortable with and did not try to oversell the options at the end. My only complaint is they could have been the first to point out the minor damages to the windshield but for I noticed them during the test drive but it was clearly in the Carfax report they provided. Overall a good experience.

Came in for service, and we greeted by Pablo. He was very charismatic, and welcoming. He brought me to my advisor Bryan, he was able to identify me by my key...amazing! He walked me through the services, and provided me an accurate time for completion. Vehicle was serviced, washed, and vacuumed in just a hair over the 90mins quoted. I appreciate the transparency, and care given by both Pablo and Bryan, and look forward to my future services at BMW.

Great experience purchasing a used Toyota 4Runner. If you are going to buy a car there ask for Karim. He was a great sales person to work with. The whole process was great from beginning to end with clear communication and no surprises.

BMW of Carlsbad review
I had not fully intended on buying the M3 when I came to the dealership, but after I saw it, I knew that I had to have it. Unfortunately I had left my credit frozen with the three agencies, and the passwords were back at my house- a 30 minute drive away. Charles, my sales associate drove me home in his own car so that I could unfreeze things. I was very happy with everyone at the dealership with whom I had contact, and would recommend BMW of Carlsbad to my friends.

I want to take a moment and thank the guys at this BMW Service Center for the amazing experience. They listened to me when I was stressed about the sudden noise my vehicle was making, they paid to have a tow truck sent all the way to Conyers, and they found the issue I was so concerned about. I will come to this BMW location forever, and so will my kid. Special thanks to the Manager Patrick C., and the Advisors David G. and Trevor D. who coordinated everything from start to finish. Customer for life.
