I went in to purchase a used van for cash, I was told by my sales person there is a No Haggling policy. with cash in hand I feel like there should be some Haggling room! we waited for the vehicle to be detailed and it didn't look like they had done anything to clean it up, felt like we waited for nothing.

Auto CityReviews
Auto City review
"Me and my family purchased four vehicles from Auto City...." - brianwoodward57 Me and my family purchased four vehicles from Auto City. Each time, there is no nonsense, no pressure and no games. They are very helpful when choosing a car and getting financing. There is no price haggling because the prices are extremely fair...and I know how to verify the value of a vehicle. I recently purchased a 2019 Nissan Sentra with all the fixins'. I purchased the car for about $900 less than any other dealership I shopped. Plus, it was in great condition, except for some minor things one would expect a used car to have...but their service department fixed them very quickly and perfectly. My last car I purchased at Auto City was a 2011 Chrysler 200 which had 54000 miles. I am still driving that car in the family and it currently has 218,000 miles. My son bought a Toyota Matrix and drove Uber for 3 years, trading it in with 230,000 miles. Another car bought was a Chevrolet Malibu that was purchased and is driving great with no problems and well over 100,000 miles. All of the cars we purchased had no problem other than an alternator, battery and minor things like that when cars reached over 160,000 miles, and this is to be expected. We never had any major issues with any car, and no problem until many miles later after purchase. My most recent purchase at Auto City took in to consideration that I was self-employed this time. Isaac Duran, the finance manager, did everything in his power to get financing with a lower interest rate, and he did it. All I can say is that if you go anywhere else, you will pay more, put up with weird sales games and miss out on an easy, positive experience in buying a car. And, to boot, they will stand by your car for 6 months, 6,000 miles along side the dealer warranty (they have a huge auto service department to ensure the cars they sell are good). They have always backed us up and made buying a car a positive, easy, confident and a no-risk transaction. Anywhere else I went to check, I always got the "weird-ar" pegging out. Very good, honest people and great cars, with no worries! This is a very positive review, but there is truly nothing I can complain about after buying all of our family cars there for years. Talk to salesperson Mike or Alex...they are both very helpful, friendly and know what they are doing. The sales manager is great and ensures everything goes quick, smooth and I get a good deal.

The car meets all my needs, Stylish look, very high performance, plug-in hybrid with 71mpge. Very reliable model BMW has ever released. Plenty of leg room and head room.

2017 BMW 330e review
Brakes needed replacement at low mileage (20k). Car hasnt had any other major problems. The auto stop start has been getting a bit rough and I expect to replace the starter sometime soon. Great gas mileage before hitting 100k miles 30 city / 35 highway. After 100k miles I average 23 city / 28 highway. Car has become slightly slower as mileage has gone up but still great performance. This car was floored multiple times everyday of ownership and I averaged 48k miles a year on this car. This little hybrid has been abused and beat daily and is still running great. This car came maxed out with a steep cost of over 50k and depreciation has affected this car heavily due to mileage per year.

2018 BMW 330e review
I get 40 to 50 mpg depending on the type of driving. I get 20 miles out of almost every full charge. That takes care of over half my trips meaning I don't use any gas at all. I understand other people have a different experience, but I wonder about where they're driving and how they're driving. I'm in the US. Love the 2018 330e. Smooth, quiet and beautiful. It is a bit small though, so my next car will be the bmw 530e.

BMW of Hawaii review
I have purchased used cars from this dealer twice. They are now my go to dealer. Nothing but good from everyone here. I do tons of research and have been to dealerships often while shopping. This is truly the only no B.S. dealership in all my years of car shopping. Highly recommended!
2017 BMW 330e review
I am averaging about 45 miles to the gallon overall, but I can easily get more than the advertised 14 miles on "all electric." My typical round trip to the local golf course (about 15 miles) leaves me with about 20% left on the charge. The car performs like an ICE in either electric or gas mode. Even at 4 years old the important drivetrain components are still BMW warranted. Styling is classic BMW. The only feature I wish this car had is the heads up display. This hybrid is a great option when the second car is totally electric.

CAR LUXReviews
CAR LUX review
I purchased a BMW X5 but was originally looking at the X3. I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Brayan Gonzalez at Car Lux in Hawthorne! From the very beginning, Brayan was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and—most importantly—there was absolutely no pressure. I really felt like he was genuinely listening to me, understanding what I was looking for, and paying attention to my needs rather than simply trying to make a sale or push me toward what benefited him. That made such a huge difference in my experience. Brayan was extremely responsive and continued to provide additional information and answer my questions throughout the process. I never felt rushed or pressured. Instead, I felt like he wanted to make sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed and confident decision. The entire dealership experience was great, but Brayan truly stood out. When I’m ready for my next car purchase, I sincerely hope he’s still there because he is absolutely someone I would come back to and recommend to others. Thank you, Brayan, for making what can sometimes be a stressful car-buying experience feel comfortable, informative, and genuinely enjoyable. 5 stars all the way! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
