This was a very professional experience and this team is just gracious, know their product, asked about any concerns, built rapport and streamlined the process. My husband and I were very impressed. We will continue to purchase Acura products here.

Working with Chris & Alfredo was hands-down the best Truck buying experience I have ever had. I was looking for a new vehicle and absolutely dreading the traditional dealership games, high pressure, and endless paperwork. Chris & Alfredo stepped in and completely took the stress out of the equation truly went above and beyond from day one. Not only did they locate the exact vehicle with every single feature I wanted, but Chris & Alfredo also negotiated an incredible price and handled every ounce of paperwork seamlessly. They were transparent, highly responsive, and always had my best interests at heart. If you want a smooth, stress-free, and professional vehicle purchase, look no further than Chris & Alfredo I will be recommending him to all my family and friends!

Carizona review
Trey made everything easy this was the easiest car purchase I’ve made to date.
2017 BMW 430 review
I purchased my 2017 in 2020. It’s Upgraded wheel package really does wonders for its look/stance. Not a single problem after 3 years and no records of any previous problems. Looks, drives and feels brand new. Everyone loves it. It handle’s fantastic, very smooth ride and nothing but basic maintenance (I’m a little OCD on vehicle maintenance anyway, it pays off). I don’t drive it like a 16 yr old might. I take care of it. I don’t drive it hard. The worst of these that I’ve seen are from owners that rag them out. A good inspection, up on a lift, exposes a lot. You treat it well, it will do the same for you. Before buying I did my homework with Carfax info, maintenance history, previous vehicle location, called prior servicing dealership listed on Carfax and it’s surprising what they can tell you about a car they maintained, dealership gains nothing by misguiding me bc it wasn’t being sold by them. They just confirmed the facts from their service records which was even more than Carfax had actually. Also found a BMW mechanic that I paid $100 to check it out, front to back, before buying it and he had nothing but good to say about it. He did said “I’d grab this one”. I don’t know if I will ever be able to let it go. Did have a BMW recall, went to dealership and out in 1 hour, n/c and they also did a complimentary full check up. They didn’t find anything wrong and asked if I wanted to sell it. That was a big NO. I have neighbors keeping an eye on it, waiting to hear that I’m trading it in so they can buy it. Love it.

This is my second X5 from Chapman BMW. I came back when my 2025 X5 suffered in a crash. This time Nuoy Converse helped me. I am very pleased with the professional way in which he helped me over a two months period when I try to decide whether to repair or to replace. He was very helpful as was the finance team.

Great sporty car. Lots of good interior features. It’s a 2 door, which I prefer. Car has lots of cameras and safety features. Interior is beautiful and comfy. Good trunk space. Had X3 traded out for this. I owned four doors and one other two door. Really like the two door!

Pacific BMW review
I had an amazing car-buying experience at Pacific BMW thanks to Bob and James. From the moment I walked into the dealership, both of them went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Bob was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and patient as we looked at different options. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I found the perfect vehicle without ever making me feel pressured or rushed. James was equally phenomenal, handling the logistics and communication flawlessly. His professionalism, transparency, and friendly attitude turned what is usually a stressful process into an absolute breeze. Even after the sale, his communication has been excellent. If you are looking for a seamless, honest, and top-tier experience at Pacific BMW, I highly recommend asking for Bob and James. They are absolute professionals who truly care about their customers!

I had such an amazing experience leasing my new BMW, and I can?t say enough great things about Shaun! From start to finish, he made the entire process seamless, enjoyable, and completely stress-free. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything. What really stood out to me was his exceptional customer service. He was patient, transparent, and made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another sale. It?s rare to find someone who makes the car-buying experience this easy and enjoyable! I absolutely love my new BMW, and Shaun played a huge part in making the experience so memorable. If you?re in the market for a BMW, do yourself a favor and ask for Shaun! You won?t be disappointed. I?ll definitely be recommending him to everyone I know! ??

I really enjoyed working with this dealership. I live in Torrance California and they are located in Monterey California. They price their vehicles really low among nationwide. Wilad Bitar who sold me the SUV did a fantastic job from beginning to end. Everyone that works there five stars. From the person who called when I did an inquiry on the vehicle that got my attention online to the finance department when we closed the deal. Good job everyone, keep up the good work. Five -$tars
