Had to do a tire rotation, oil change, and had a rattling sound coming from the front of the engine bay. Ryan Jonas helped me out and got everything I needed done quickly. I walked into the dealership after buying seven BMW previously.. I told Chris Fash the options I wanted In my 320 BMW and the colors I preferred..He did not have it at the dealership but Located it at another dealership with in 24 hours.We negotiated the price in 15 minutes and I picked up the car a week later. I packed up the car and was out of the dealership within the hour. This made buying process very streamlined and efficient. My time is very important to me, and they respect others.
I was so blown away by the Wilson Grace, who contacted me after I purchased my new X4.
I honestly enjoyed the hour he spent with me going over my car. He was patient and understanding and he made me very comfortable with all the new features.
I have never had such a pleasant experience in all my years owning a new car.

I have leased a new 2016 M235i from Morristown BMW. This is the third BMW I have leased from this dealership (previously a 540i Sport and a 128i with the M package) and my wife is currently driving her fourth X3 and looking forward to leasing another in Feb. 2017 when her current lease ends. It is obvious that we are loyal to this dealership due to their attention and great service. I should mention that there is a BMW dealership which is closer to our residence (BMW of Bridgewater). That being said, I want to lay out an issue with this most recent transaction. I ordered my M235i with the limited slip differential. The official BMW USA website states that the car comes standard with performance tires, mixed size, non-runflat. The run flats are a no cost option which I did not select. I intended to purchase an inflatable spare that I could throw in the trunk when necessary - one is described in the owners manual (another option would be to upgrade to run flats with performance specs - also described in the owners manual). In addition, the runflat option comes with engine speed limitation as well. I did not want these options. Although I will not race the car, I intended to attend Octoberfest and run the car on a track with an instructor to better understand the limits and nuances of the (BMW) driving experience. I will not be allowed on some tracks with non performance tires, thus the car is not meeting my expectations from that standpoint. Let me say that otherwise the car is was delivered in excellent condition and drives very well on public roads - something I have always found with my BMW's. The car came with an interior which was different than the one I ordered, but I was called immediately to make sure it was acceptable (it was). It has also come with the runflat option (including the speed limiter). I never would have put the money into the limited slip differential and then opted for the run flat package. I called my sales person and we are to meet and discuss options, and it is my hope that these problems will be dealt with accordingly. I have every reason to believe that this issue will be handled to my satisfaction. However, I have never had any real issue before, so this is new "territory" for me. If allowed, I will follow up with a future communication.
Bobby made our car buying experience a breeze. From the very first conversation to the time we closed the deal he was very transparent and willing to work with us. We live in CT and discussed our needs by phone and when we arrived, he had already lined up all the paperwork and things were just as we had discussed and agreed to. I brought my 3 Series in to have the air bag replaced and while it was there had the oil changed and the radio repaired (it did not turn off). From the minute I drove in the staff could not have been more helpful. Service Advisor Gina Todisco was a pleasure to work with. While I was waiting, she reported back to tell me how the service was progressing. The technician E. Ibanez, immediately identified the problem with the radio and knew how to repair it. The repair took quite some time since Mr Ibanez would not reinstall the radio until he was sure the epoxy was thoroughly dry. Gina apologized for the time it was taking and even offered to drive me home. Attentiveness such as this is more than I ever expected. I was provided with a list of things which will need to be looked at, but they did not try to convince me that everything needed to be repaired immediately. They know how to treat customers and how to develop long term relationships.
Bob Kaufman is the best salesman ever. He is the reason I continue to lease BMWs year after year .i have followed him to whichever dealership he is in He makes the experience seamless easy and a he is total pleasure. Honest , warm and does exactly what he says he will do. .
I can???t say enough about Ashley and Tim at Princeton BMW. They went beyond out of their way to help me with an emergency situatio. I didn???t have to wait long at all (without an appointment) to handle my situation. They are extremely professional and very helpful. I highly recommend them for everything.
worked with Alex Edgar and Craig Brauer, they are super helpful. This is our first stop for shopping a new bmw x5. it only took a morning to finish everything, and drive the new car back home. highly recommended. however, i could only give a 4 star for dealership. it is because of Jowel Ahmed. He was doing paper work for us. But he was trying to play some trick on us. he misleaded us to purchase some unnecessary maintenance coverage. and he did not provide us enough coverage policy information. After gettting back home, we talked with our friends with bmw, just figure it out. The coverage on brake and belt is very unlikely to be useful for the first three years of the bmw X5. And this coverage can be cancelled within certain time window. Jowel never mentioned the cancellation policy to us. overall, princeton bmw is a great place for shopping bmw. their front desk are very helpful, but need be careful for their back office guys .
Went to the dealership to browse and met Carl and he was such a great guy who was very resourceful. He was not pushy or inpatient, it was like he placed himself in my shoes and offered me all information I needed to make my decision. I'm loving my 4 series, very pleased with my purchase.
Truly had a great time at this dealership. Beat experience I???ve ever had buying a car. Might buy my next car from there as well. Even though I???m from Connecticut. Chris Gomez was great as well. I hope so more deal with them.
Absolute awesome experience. My salesman Chris Weaver was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I did financing through BMW and Patrick was wonderful. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Not to mention they had the best pricing around.
