The Buying Experience: I came in looking for a specific Tesla Model Y that was still being processed as a trade-in. Despite the logistical hurdles, Mark worked tirelessly to make the car available for me to buy that same day. He then handed us off to Briana M., and the rest was history! A huge shoutout to the Business Operations Manager, Cherisse O., for her expertise in clearing the paperwork and title issues so I could drive home in the car I wanted. The Trade-In: CarMax made trading in my Jeep Laredo X incredibly easy. While Friendly Ford in Las Vegas tried to lowball me at $25,500, CarMax offered a fair $31,800. They are honest and easily the best to work with. The Service (The True Test): The real 5-star service happened after the sale. My 2025 Tesla Model Y had a minor error, and Vanessa Blaschick in the service department was a total rockstar. She walked me through the entire process, kept me updated constantly, and coordinated a transfer to Tesla to ensure it was repaired correctly and for free. I had my car back within 48 hours! High praises to the management team at this location for hiring such professional, dedicated people like Mark, Briana, Cherisse, and Vanessa. They’ve earned a customer for life!

2017 BMW 440 review
I bought this car because I owned a 2014 BMW 435i before. My husband was driving it, and someone pulled out in front of him. He didn't even have time to hit the breaks. When I arrived on scene, to see all the safety mechanisms that deployed impressed me beyond belief. Not only was my husband able to exit the car through the door, but was only feeling pain from seatbelt, and burning sensations from impacts of air bags. So blessed he is still with me, and very impressed with BMW. Besides the safety, the car handles excellent, and comfortable as well. Love the heads up display. Never have to take my eyes off the road. Very happy with my "STAR"..... she is a beautiful and SAFE vehicle!!!

2019 BMW 440 review
BMW 440i xDrive Coupe: I have owned several BMW's over the years. During my 4 years of ownership, this was the finest of them all! BMW underrates their engines, and this 440i was noticeably stronger than my previous 335i and almost no turbo lag. The transmission is flawless. The xDrive 440i is deceptively quick. Everything worked as it should, and I never had any issues. The ride is firm but not harsh, I had the adaptive suspension and when activated, it was like driving a go cart. The electronic steering was not as engaged as previous model hydraulic steering yet the low-speed steering in parking lots was much easier to maneuver, I will take the tradeoff. This vehicle has minimal sway in the corners and will go where you point it. Sometimes you don't realize how good this vehicle is till you drive a lesser vehicle (as when renting). The leather wrapped steering wheel was perfect feel and the heated steering wheel was never too hot. The seats are infinitely adjustable and supportive. The BOSE radio is very good for an OEM and has many optional tuning choices available. The HUD (Heads Up Display) is fabulous! The power, smoothness and deceptively quiet interior even at excessive speeds, this vehicle maintains its composure. This vehicle breeds confidence making it all too easy to drive fast, very fast. The back seats fold down, and I was able to put my mountain bike in the truck (with front wheel removed) so this has a large storage area. This vehicle is just the right size, I personally like the coupe better than the sedan with its sloped aerodynamic rear deck. I would highly recommend this vehicle for anyone seeking a sport coupe, this hits all the right buttons, well done BMW!

2019 BMW 440 review
Own a 2019 BMW 440i convertible. Very nice handling and comfortable riding car. I am very impressed that when the top is down, the wind buffeting is minimal and quiet compared to the 1988 Mercedes 560SL and 1999 Saab 9-3 convertibles that I have owned before. Cowl shake is very minimal, if almost nonexistent. The front seats are very comfortable. The back seats are a little short on legroom but are find for a short trip. The Harmon Kardon sound system sounds really good. The I-Drive system is actually easy to use. I like the four stage Eco, Comfort, Sport, Sport+ modes. Each really works well and changes the car's character in both driving and road handling. I am getting close to 26.8 mpg all-around. No issues in reliability. This car has converted this multiple Mercedes Benz owner. Highly recommended!

I’m not typically one to write reviews, but my experience with CarMax has been so outstanding that I feel compelled to share. From start to finish, they’ve redefined my expectations for buying a vehicle. I found a car online that checked every box for me—low miles, all the specs I wanted, and fantastic photos that gave me confidence in its condition. The only catch? It was located at a CarMax dealership in Florida, while I’m in Nashville. For just $200, they shipped it to my local CarMax dealership. Knowing the worst-case scenario was losing that $200, I felt reassured to take the leap—and I’m so glad I did. Within just a few days, the car arrived. I had a trade-in—a mid-mileage VW Atlas in good condition—and to my surprise, CarMax offered me an amazing price. I’ve done my research, and they gave me a value that was very close to what I’d seen comparable models selling for, and significantly more than I owed. Needless to say, I accepted their offer with ease. As for my new (used) car, I was impressed by the comprehensive warranty options. The extended warranty they offer feels like an insurance policy: $200 deductible for coverage up to 150,000 miles. With my car’s mileage at around 50,000, this was a no-brainer. I’ve seen glowing reviews about the warranty online, and after my own experience, I can see why. Now here’s the part that truly sets CarMax apart—the post-purchase experience. The vehicle is used, so it’s impossible to catch every little thing during a quick test drive. Thankfully, CarMax provides a 90-day warranty and has a full-service garage. 2017 BMW 440 review
I bought my first BMW at Sterling in 2002. It was a 330 sedan and I loved it. Since then I’ve been loyal to BMW and to Sterling motors who have in return been loyal to me, rewarding my loyalty with excellent service and a large choice of outstanding vehicles. I will say however this car is the best one of the lot that I have ever owned and hopefully I will keep this long into the future.

2018 BMW 440 review
This is my 16th BMW since 1976 and I have never been disappointed. It's the perfect car for me, as I enjoy the performance, the style, the handling and the economy. I'm very pleased with 28+ MPG overall economy in any car that is capable of this type of performance. I cannot imagine that my next car won't be another BMW.

Great performance, excellent gas consumption! Rigid asset. 320 HP of fun... When you drive it, you are glued to the road. The trunk is little bit too small, not good load capacity

2019 BMW 440 review
This car is a perfect mix of sport and fun with convenience and daily driveability. The daily commutes became so much more than a commute, they were an exhilarating journey. The car, despite being a coupe has plenty of space in the back for passengers. I'm 6 foot and fit comfortably in the back.
