Audi Grapevine review
Bill Doud was the service representative and did an outstanding job keeping me informed while I waited at the dealership for the work to be completed. Bill then explained what was done and the charges. My car was returned washed and ready to go. Great work done by all. Thanks
2021 BMW 530 review
It's my 5th 5 series BMW. 21' Arctic pearl white 530i with cognac Dakota leather vented seats. Absolutely amazing car. Smooth as glass acceleration, handling and braking. Large like an an old 7 series. 44 miles to the gallon doing over a 100mph going to Arizona in eco mode. The Sport mode is kick ass and noticibly quicker and tighter handeling. When I test drove her I thought for sure it was a 6 cylinder, it wasn't. 4 cylinder twin turbo. I wanted the straight 6 but was $12,000 more...to much. Each night I still go out to the garage and look at her before going to bed. Will be buying it 4/24 when lease expires. Greg

I had some major recalls on my car and had the repairs done @ BMW of Arlington. I was assisted by Sarah. My husband and were warmly greeted by the entire staff the moment we walked in. Sarah was my dedicated service rep and she was very professional, polite, helpful, and always made sure I was in the loop regarding my repairs. Sarah explained all the work that had been done and had the staff wash my car too. I highly recommend BMW of Arlington off Collins!

2018 BMW 530 review
As a retired Automotive Professional I've driven literally hundreds of car over my 40 year career. So, I decided as a retirement present to myself, I would go luxury this time. I bought mine certified pre-owned with only 15,000 miles on it. The quietness, the handling, are as good or better than anything. When passing, the acceleration is smooth and clean. The only drawback is that if you don't pay attention, you'll find yourself going 80.

I worked with Wendy to purchase a Lexus GX460 from out of state and had a great experience. She was easy to communicate with, transparent throughout the process, and helped coordinate transport to Colorado. Buying a car remotely can be a little nerve-racking, but Wendy made the transaction smooth from start to finish. The vehicle arrived exactly as described and everything went very smoothly. I’d happily work with her again.

2021 BMW 530 review
Purchased a 2021 cert pre-owned from dealer w/ 26k miles. 530i xdrive, car handles like a true Beamer, so tight and feels great driving. A little disappointed the entire 5-series class isn't 6 cylinder however the 4 turbo feels like one anyways, only with improved gas mileage, so not really a compliant just a preference. The dealer recommended using premium fuel, and I use it maybe once a month to keep the engine running smooth and also 10k in between oil changes. Pretty nice! Would absolutely purchase again. Next major service at 80k as well.

I really am enjoying the car. Dustin helped to locate what I was looking for. It was in Florida and had to be shipped. On receiving I discovered the fuel gauge doesn?t go all the way to full. Dustin is working with his manager to see about getting it fixed through the warranty.

BMW mini took great care to provide an excellent service experience!! From the initial greeting to my service advisor, Oscar, walking me through the plan for the day and respecting my opinion to the video of repairs sent by the service team to the final check out. Also, i was provided a darling new loaner car. All was a very pleasant experience. Thank you.

Well I am blown away! The owner personally reached out to me about what I was looking for and wanted. Expressed his excitement and willingness to help me find what I want and need. I have stopped looking elsewhere and will with out a doubt complete my purchase with them. Very friendly and willing to go the distance to obtain my business and make me feel welcomed and relaxed. Thank you Ivan for your personal care and attention to me as a person first!

Absolutely the best Car buying experience ever!! I purchased my first vehicle 2/2023 And they definitely did not disappoint. I was in dire need of the vehicle and they exceeded my needs. Fast forward to yesterday, I worked with Sean and he was very patient and helpful with not only offering the perfect vehicle, but also assisted with submitting us to lenders for financing. I am Very grateful I found this gem of a dealer. No haggling, No pressure, just a very respectful & honest business!

So well designed, engineered, and manufactured, just an awesome sedan, well worth it! CPO purchase means great warranty and at the same time avoiding a 40% depreciation if bought new!

MINI of Dallas review
Got to the dealership a little early. One service guy was helping another customer. I appreciate his efforts to help her but we waited for about 20 minutes to actually be assisted. I was in for my first service appointment. Two plus hours later, I basically got an oil change and was told that my tires needed rotating but that I should get an alignment as well so that I didn’t mess up the rotation. So, oil change and no tire rotation! I was also told that I could do the alignment and tire rotation at BMW Tyler so I didn’t have to drive all the way back to Dallas. Hmmmm. How about you just do the rotation with the service. I left for about 2 hours and came back to the waiting room. I had to go up to the service guy twice to see where my car was at. The second time I went up, I asked about the car and he said he wondered as well. He called the service department and quickly went and got my car. I have to say, my service guy was very nice. But the dealership is very quiet. None of the employees seem to engage with one another. There is a weird atmosphere in the building as if no one likes one another. Not sure I’ll go back there unless I have a major issue. One last thing, apparently they wash your car for you. I was asked if I was waiting around, which I was. I was told that if i got the car wash that it would push me past the 2 hour mark. Well, I didn’t need a car wash if that was the case. I opted out of getting one. The funny thing is, I went past the 2 hour mark, only got an oil change and no car wash.
