Best experience we had with car purchasing, found the car online, we drove 50 mins from NJ, Christopher made our experience remarkable. He was very detailed, fair and patient! Shawn from finance helped us in making informed decision about extended warranty. Over all very good experience with Mt. Kisko BMW. Highly Recommended.

I almost purchased a vehicle from BMW of Ramsay, and even though I did not, it was still a great experience. Frances, my sales rep, was great. Frances sat with me and we narrowed down myriad options into three discrete choices. Frances was response with texts, and let me take as much time as I wanted in viewing cars.

Orange County BMW review
My BMW is certified pre-owned and it needed to be serviced. I brought it to the dealership and was treated with the upmost respect and the employees were so friendly. This BMW dealership worked with me and took into consideration my plans for the day. They reassured me that they would do their best to get my car back to me in a reasonable amount of time. Usually getting your car serviced can be a headache in itself and time consuming. At this BMW dealership that is not the case. They even offered to have one of their workers drive me to the Woodbury Commons Outlet. (Which is located not even a half mile away from the facilities) Overall a wonderful atmosphere to be in and I will not bring my car anyway else to be serviced. A+ grade in my book!

Very easy process and knowledgeable staff. Matt Breedlove was a great guy to deal with on my purchase!
2021 BMW 530 review
Purchased a 2021 cert pre-owned from dealer w/ 26k miles. 530i xdrive, car handles like a true Beamer, so tight and feels great driving. A little disappointed the entire 5-series class isn't 6 cylinder however the 4 turbo feels like one anyways, only with improved gas mileage, so not really a compliant just a preference. The dealer recommended using premium fuel, and I use it maybe once a month to keep the engine running smooth and also 10k in between oil changes. Pretty nice! Would absolutely purchase again. Next major service at 80k as well.

BMW of Ridgefield review
I purchased a 2018 M4 from this dealership New. Since owning this car working directly with the service department anytime I have an issue has been more than pleasant. Thom in service has always been there when things go wrong and I believe this dealership goes out of their way to provide customer service!

Richfield BMW was fantastic. They repaired my 2023×5 car and cleaned and washed my car after Service. Easy working with Steve Kaz In Service department. Would highly recommend going there for their oil change special at $250 for three years
