With the indoor showroom, every car is clean, all of them look impacable! Everything is no pressure, they paid attention to our questions. The finance lady is awesome, especially in our case as a cash buyer. She made my partner feel very comfortable about purchase process . This has been my preferred dealership since I’ve owned my 2019 QX60 and I’ve posted a glowing Google review prior to today but I’m leaving another glowing review today. This morning I was leaving for work and my truck wouldn’t start even though my battery is a month old. I called the Service Center and was able to head straight there after jump starting my vehicle. After a thorough diagnostic we could pinpoint the issue or identify any computer codes pointing to the issue and instead of charging me for some random work or trying to make up reasons to perform work just to earn money, Ty Robinson (this is the service rep I always go to) was completely honest and has never steered me wrong when it comes to my vehicle. He kept me updated and informed and he’s always professional. I got a few minor things done since I was there anyway but really appreciated that, just like prior visits, I’m treated very well whether I spend a ton of money or none at all. I should point out that the dealership facility is very welcoming and comfortable—I prefer to come here even though I live closer to the Annapolis dealership. At the point where I don’t mind waiting a few hours for my vehicle instead of heading home (they offer complimentary Uber), that really says something.

First EV and first BMW. Fun to drive and well made. Getting approximately 235 "mpg". The 250HP on e35 is plenty with instant torque and response. Rated comfort from front seats.

2023 BMW i4 Gran Coupe review
I have the M50 version of the iV. I love the independence and drive of the electric car. It has super power, sometimes surprising do. It accelerates instantly and with tons of power. I also love the hatch back; lots of room in the trunk space. My issue with the car is primarily the fact that it really is a sorts car: quite low to the ground, which isn't the easiest at my age (71) to get into. Because of the demand for the car when I bought it, I had to make a decision without really test driving it. The i5 wasn't yet available, and I wanted electric but not the huge iX, so the iV was my only option for an electric at the time. The tires on the car are mounted on 19" rims, so the tire face is thin. This means that the tires puncture or tear quite easily, like just gently scraping a curb. I just bought a set of snow tires with 17" rims but all-season tires are not yet available (hope they will be soon!). This had added a significant unforeseen cost to the annual maintenance if the car. Good car if you aren't troubled by these issues but maybe pass on the iV of you are and head to the i5 or another manufacturers EV.

2023 BMW i4 Gran Coupe review
I've had EVs since 2012. First was a Nissan Leaf, then a VW eGolf, then an Audi A3 etron. Those were all outstanding cars, but compared to all of those the i4 eDrive40 is in a different class. It's very responsive and quick. It feels extremely high-tech and plays Hans Zimmer iconic sounds. When we've gone on longer trips, consistently gets 280-300mi / 100% charge. Unless we're on a trip, I only charge it to 80% and it gets about 220-240mi on a charge. It's amazingly smooth and solid, and the interior is top notch. The M-Sport Pro package with custom color and leather made it at the top of the price range, so from a value perspective it seems excessive.

My i4 eDrive 40 is a great car. Plenty of pep. Comfortable interior. Quality construction. GPS/Radio Controls/various interfaces ... not so good. You have to know what you are looking for, and ofter, go down too many levels to get to the proper input/output. More switches and dials would be better.
