To my surprise, the Service Consultant, Joey Mack, indicated that both my front and rear brakes were fine, and well within safe driving standards...thus, no brake replacement and no charge. Needless to say, the honesty of the service staff is highly commendable, and I will be returning for service and future sales there -- not Speedway Subaru, which gave me a faulty diagnosis and a $770 estimate. We went to the dealership to look at a used Gennisis sedan with only 25000 miles on it. After looking at the car we decided against it and began looking at the new flagship from Toyota. We purchased a 24 Crown, what a car. We had it for about 15 months now. No problems with it. The people we worked with were all very nice and pleasant. We've had the car serviced 1 time after about a year. The service people are nice as well. The one thing we are dissatisfied with is the navigation system. It shut off after a year and you have to purchase a subscription at a minimum of 15$ a month. We planned for this to be our last car purchase as we are seniors. So over the years it's going to cost us a few thousand dollars if we want navigation in our almost 60,000$ car. Boo Toyota, the top of the line should have a permanent navigation system. In comparison we have an 2017 Accura MDX that has a navigation system that doesn't require a on going subscription. I'm not sure if other Toyota models navigation system shuts down after a year but if they do the sales people should provide that info up front.

I have been searching for my next 911 for months, though I am conflicted. Mine is a 1999 911 that I've had for 26 years. It still runs very well. The clock shows 101K. The new engine has about 4K on it, e.g., everything works. But. It is 'time,' I think. The dealership, J & S, has had a number of cars in your system. The 2023 under consideration was more a mistake on my part than an intended event. Still, the dealer's initial representative was focused and enthusiastic. It was followed by contact from a second rep. I asked for the VIN. It was given. As time passed I continued looking at other cars from other dealers. Not wanting to leave false hope, I said so. They stopped. They did not pressure me. Their people acted professionally and competently at all times. I continue to look for my car's replacement.

I have been searching for an Audi R8 with a manual transmission for over a year. I found one on Florida performance cars website and got a hold of them. They not only took my 370 Z in on trade they arranged for its pick up in South Dakota and delivered my Audi to me at my home. Then after I got my Audi I discovered a small leak in the coolant line. Without blinking an eye they offered to pay for it. I took it to my local shop got it repaired and sent the bill to them. Jeff who is the owner is wonderful and awesome! And so is Natalia his office manager! I would recommend these people in a heartbeat and will be buying more from them.
