I just purchased another vehicle from Laurel BMW of Westmont, and once again, they have proven why they are the only dealership I will ever go to. I bought my last car here 8 years ago, and coming back to find the exact same Sales Associate, Hassan, and General Manager, Jason, still steering the ship speaks volumes about the incredible stability and culture of this store. Right from the start, they were incredibly friendly, energetic, and fully engaged in making sure my next vehicle upgrade was exactly what I wanted. What really sets this team apart is how accommodating they are. We all know how exhausting car buying can be, but the GM and my sales associate completely removed the stress. There was absolutely no drama, no frustrating back-and-forth games, and no high-pressure tactics. They listened to my structural goals for the deal, worked with me directly, and helped the entire transaction go smoothly and transparently. If you want an elite, professional, and genuinely enjoyable car-buying experience, do yourself a favor and visit Laurel BMW. The service managers are really good to work with and I really appreciate them sending videos to my phone so I can see exactly what the technician is seeing. Pricing could be better and I think the 3% service charge on credit cards is nickel and diming customers otherwise they would get 5 stars.
