2024 BMW X1 review
The 2024 BMW X1 is nimble and responsive. It has an excellent memory for self-driving the car to back out of tight parking spots along the path the driver used to get into it. The car feels spacious inside and is easy to get into. My observed hwy mileage is 36mpg @ 75mph and 22mpg in suburban driving. It’s defects are: 1) the driver must learn how to start from a stop to avoid a sluggish pick-up or a sudden forward jerk; 2) the owner’s manual does not include directions for setting up the electronics, so the owner must resort to a complex cryptic in-car system that is difficult to sort through; 3) the built-in navigation system's is hard to use; the owner will resort to Waze or Car Play; 4) the car is bumpy on rough surfaces, and vibrates like a massage unit on washboard.

I was out of town on vacation & unexpectedly had a mechanical malfunction (or so I thought). I immediately reached out to Principle BMW of Corpus Christi to see if they could squeeze me in before the July 4th holiday. Not only did they accommodate the request, they also provided me a loaner, so I would not be without a vehicle during my vacation. Everyone at the dealership was extremely kind, thorough and went above and beyond to ensure that the ?mechanical issue? I was experiencing would not ruin my vacation. I was personally greeted on site by the Services Manager/Director George Jaramillo who reassured me that a Services Sr. Tech Lead (Robert Trevino) would inspect the vehicle, and get back to me same day with an update. George and Robert?s comms were timely, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. What I thought was a vehicle mechanical issue, ended up being just a trunk floor mat misalignment (preventing the trunk from closing properly). This was my first time visiting a Principle dealership and it will definitely not be the last. AMAZING customer service, wonderful staff and beautiful dealership (quiet, orderly, peaceful). BMW of Corpus Christi, specifically George & Robert? THANK YOU! ?? I will absolutely be servicing (and purchasing) all my BMW?s moving forward at Principle Automotive.

I have been Looking for a Used Audi Q6 E-tron Prestige with low miles was just listed at Stevens Creek BMW. I quickly contacted the Dealer and this Audi just came in on trade. I called the BMW dealer and spoken with Alec Kisin - BMW internet Sales. I explained that I was located in Washington State and was very much intrested in buying the car. Once I have obtained the airline tickets Stevens Creek BMW agreed to hold the car for me and I flew out the next day for a test drive, purchase and 900 mile drive back home. #1 Alec was very easy to work with. The car was in New Condition and on top of that a great price. #2 Harres Asefi - Finance Manager again easy to work with. Contract was already written for me. 2016 BMW X1 review
The X1 sounds like a diesel motor when you start it, they could've def made it more comfortable, the brakes are really mushy, can only use super unleaded. The plusses are it's a BMW girls think I'm rich, Lighting on the interior at night is wild, performance is amazing, buying used saves tons of money. It's a thin line to buy this car, I feel like I got lucky with the price I paid and I'll be in a good position by the time it's paid off, but pricing has to be right on this car and it has to be in good shape mechanically. Buy from a reputable dealer because I wouldn't want to imagine how much it would cost to maintain/repair a poorly maintained one of these.
