2023 BMW X1 review
Just picked-up the X1 on Mar 28th and had a great ride home from the dealership. Handles very well on the road with ample torque when needed. Hate the start/stop mechanics and the fact that you must deactivate each time. Hate the ConnectDrive thing—beware this is a sinister ploy to get more of your dollars and convert once standard car features into subscription services. It is evil. Love the interior. This is my third BMW, so I think this X1 interior is quite good for the money and I am astounded by the standard features list—Wow! And there’s a spare tire with tools in the trunk, WHAT!? I use a touch screen all day, so the tech is no stretch, as long as it works. We shall see, the OS is new. Dual clutch….hmmm, it has its advantages, but smooth take off ain’t one of ‘em. The seats are superb and the cabin very clean. Love the cargo space. This is a good vehicle for a certain group of buyers who want cargo and fun. This is a smart ICE choice, and I hope there will eventually be a U.S. bound iX1.

2021 BMW X1 review
I couldn't be happier with this vehicle. It was made for ME! Its height makes it easy and painless to enter and exit the driver's seat with my arthritic knees....I just slide in & out in nicely! The "head up" feature is very helpful every day. Those are the best headlights ever for night driving. No complaints from this customer-in her 3rd X!

2024 BMW X1 review
The 2024 BMW X1 is nimble and responsive. It has an excellent memory for self-driving the car to back out of tight parking spots along the path the driver used to get into it. The car feels spacious inside and is easy to get into. My observed hwy mileage is 36mpg @ 75mph and 22mpg in suburban driving. It’s defects are: 1) the driver must learn how to start from a stop to avoid a sluggish pick-up or a sudden forward jerk; 2) the owner’s manual does not include directions for setting up the electronics, so the owner must resort to a complex cryptic in-car system that is difficult to sort through; 3) the built-in navigation system's is hard to use; the owner will resort to Waze or Car Play; 4) the car is bumpy on rough surfaces, and vibrates like a massage unit on washboard.

Luxury Car Outlet review
I have purchased two cars from this dealer the first being a 2013 BMW X6 and the second being a range rover both experiences were amazing. Both times I worked with Brandon Powe. He is extremely helpful and consistent and process was quick and smooth. Also, they have a some of the best prices I’ve ever seen for luxury vehicles my BMW I purchased from them back in 2021 I have not had any major issues out of it and it runs great. The range rover I bought for my little sister last month and she loves it. No issues at all. I have absolutely no complaints and will be back to buy my next car from them. I totally recommend this place definitely a five out of five.

I recently bought a used Toyota Corolla from Auto House Motors, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The car was in excellent condition. Ahmad, my salesperson, was professional, honest, and very helpful throughout the whole process. He answered all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for a quality used car and great customer service, i highly recommend Auto House Motors- ask for Ahmad
2013 BMW X1 review
My 2013 BMW X1 xDrive 28i has been more than just a car; it's been a dependable part of my daily life for the last 8 years. The driving experience remains as smooth and responsive as it was on day one, a testament to the enduring quality of BMW engineering. What impresses me most is how little I've had to invest in repairs. Beyond the standard maintenance - oil changes, brake pads, and tires - the only significant replacement has been the battery. This minimal upkeep cost is remarkable for a vehicle of its age. The interior has held up beautifully, offering comfort and a touch of luxury that hasn't faded over time. Its performance in different weather conditions, especially with the xDrive all-wheel system, has been nothing short of stellar, providing a sense of security and stability on the road. The fuel efficiency is also commendable for a car of its class. In summary, the BMW X1 xDrive 28i is a model of reliability and enduring value. It's a vehicle that combines practicality with the pleasure of driving, making it an ideal choice for anyone seeking a high-quality, compact SUV experience. My time with this car has been thoroughly enjoyable, and it continues to exceed my expectations.

2025 BMW X1 review
Car delivers more than I expected. Two must have options are Technology Package and Driver Assistance Plus - that combination is hard to find. Sport seats are very comfortable. Lack of knobs and buttons is an issue - miss them. There is a huge learning curve transitioning to a touch screen. You must absolutely make use of the BMW "Genius" service. Highway MPG exceeds advertised value.

I can’t express enough how truly grateful I am for Ahmed at Auto House in Downers Grove, Illinois! From the moment I started having issues with my first car, Ahmed showed incredible kindness, patience, and dedication. He didn’t just help — he genuinely cared about making things right and ensuring I was happy. He went the extra mile to get me into a beautiful BMW that I absolutely love, and made what could’ve been a stressful experience feel effortless and positive. It’s rare to find someone so honest, professional, and compassionate in the car business. Thank you, Ahmed, for treating me like family and turning a challenge into such a wonderful experience. I've had three 2015 X1's. Drove the wheels off one, one got stolen and on my third. Love this car! So economical and the gps is off satellite, not cell tower. Get maps ANYWHERE, for life. I only have 72k on it and will be my last vehicle.

Couldn’t have had a better experience buying a car with CAC. They were able to make our buying experience easy, friendly and fast. I am so happy with my new VW R-LINE. I am not new to buying cars and this was by far the best and easiest process. Thank you so much to Hasham, Farhan, and the rest of the team at Chicago Auto Capital. A+++++

Amazing service from start to finish! The staff helped me find exactly what I was looking for and made the whole process simple. Definitely a five-star experience.

2023 BMW X1 review
New bmw x1. Glides…effortless driving. Incredible performance. I’ve had three other x1’s prior…nothing comes close to the handling of the 2023. However…the huge screen is distracting, it’s not user friendly and by the time I figure out the new gadgets I’ll be ready for a new lease🤷🏻♀️

2017 BMW X1 review
This is an update from my February 1, 2019 review. I have now owned the vehicle for nearly seven years. I’ve personally driven nearly 20,000 miles in it. The vehicle now has nearly 50,000 miles on the odometer. I purchased it certified pre-owned from a BMW dealership. I have maintained the vehicle to manufacturer specifications. I have only paid for routine maintenance. I have paid for zero repairs. My previous review is confirmed. Full disclosure, two repairs were covered under warranty by the BMW dealership when I purchased the vehicle and one other repair was performed by a different BMW dealership due to their mistake during a routine service.

2025 BMW X1 review
Vehicle is a strong performer (no surprise here given its "M" designation. No disapointments in that regard. Sport seats are very supportive; especially with the lumbar support adjustability. Cabin tech is abysmal though. Not at all intuitive; functions nested down menus where you would never expect them. Owners manual is 480 pages! Really ! While the vehicle makes me smile quite often the complexity of the cabin tech has me cursing every time I start the vehicle. The so-called "Genius" program help line only works Mon. - Fri. Central time in the US! Not too happy about that either.

I purchased a vehicle on 2/16/2023. The process was fast and efficient. The staff was extremely helpful and there was zero sales pressure. The CarMax financing offer was as good as I had found independantly.
2021 BMW X1 review
The first thing one notices is the quietness of the ride. After that, the handling - surefooted and solid. Love the extensive sunroof. Only owned the car a short while, so hard to comment on value for the money, but loving the easy acceleration of this car and the smooth handling around curves. I wanted a smaller vehicle since usually just me, but one that can handle winter driving and steep hills. The X1 more than fits that bill.

Everyone at the dealership were friendly, courteous, and professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! Michael M.
