2018 BMW X2 review
My x drive diesel gives me 14.5 - 15km per liter which is exceptional and handles like a sports car. Run flats are hard but not an issue. There seems to be a issue with the engine mountings as both x2 cars I had and have, have had to have them replaced with the new design engine mountings. No major issues.

Lou was my salesperson and he was super communicative, explaining and re-explaining when he seemed to feel it was needed. No surprises along the way, I was able to test drive the van as much or as long as I wanted, have a mechanic come by to inspect it and they washed it and added a full tank of gas on pickup day. They had done some quality servicing to the vehicle as well before pickup day. Lou mentioned early on that he wasn't paid on a commission basis, which was a good detail for me to know. In the end, all the numbers were the same from the beginning to end, no "uh oh" moments and it was a super fast experience on pickup day - probably the fastest ever for me to get the keys and drive a new (to me) vehicle home. I will look to use them again if possible in the next year or so. Highly recommend.

Had a really good experience with Jim Juliani Motor Cars in Waterbury. From the moment I walked in, the staff and management were great—easy to talk to, professional, and no pressure at all. They took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I understood the car and the deal without rushing me. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Their inventory is solid, and you can tell they’re selective about the vehicles they put on the lot. Everything felt straightforward and transparent, which made a big difference compared to other places I’ve dealt with. Any questions I had were answered honestly, and they worked with me to make sure I was comfortable moving forward. You don’t get that everywhere. My car is fantastic and I’m genuinely really happy with my purchase. It runs great, looks great, and was exactly what I was looking for.
