Scheduled a service appointment at Classic BMW on Saturday during Cars for Coffee. Met with my service advisor Jeff Daggon and everything went great. Was able to see all the cars and pick up my vehicle when finished.

The car met my needs at this time. It is very comfortable to drive. I like the features inside the car. Easy access to my options on the dashboard. The car drives very smooth and has a quick pick-up when driving.
Leased my second BMW from BMW Classic and so glad I did! Carlos in the Service Department is by far the most helpful and professional agent in all of DFW. I've been to the other BMW Dealers in DFW and have not come across a dealership and service department with such high standards. Very happy!

Loving the new X-2. Comfy, power, style and fuel economy great so far. Think I am really going to enjoy my first BMW. Very excited
I was looking nationally for one of a couple of pretty specific certified pre owned BMWs. I had a really good idea of what I was looking for with this being my 5th one. He was great by phone, email and text responding however I was wanting to communicate with him. After checking the car out he continued to professionally follow up and when I was finally ready, had the car ready when I got there. I couldn't have asked for anything more on the sales side of things.
A concern I have though is on finance rates and this is something I encountered from many BMW dealers around the country not just here. Even though BMW is nationally advertising a 1.9%/2.9% rate for 60 or 72 months (and I knew that I was approved at that rate) the finance people were unwilling to give me that rate and instead insisted on charging me 2.9 or 3.9% costing me an additional $1,000 or so if I don't choose to pay it off early. With each used car being unique I felt I didn't have a choice either take it or leave it. If it had been a new car that I could have purchased at any BMW store I probably would have walked and found the exact same car at another dealership. Otherwise everything went extremely smoothly and I'd consider purchasing again.
Exactly the kind of car I needed. Not a large SUV.

Exactly the car I needed to transport family but small and sporty driving. Plenty of room inside with awesome moonroof. Comfortable drive and great mileage .
I want to thank you for the excellent service that I was provided with yesterday. I usually dread going to any dealership to have my car serviced and prolong my visits as much as I can (this cannot be good for my car in the long run). However, the honesty and respect for my time that I received yesterday by John Berry has shifted my thinking, at least with regards to this BMW location. Recently needed to replace a small car that we use for a local run around vehicle. My wife had long wanted a MINI so without her knowledge my 13 year old grandson and I went to MINI of Arlington where we were promptly met by Motoring Advisor Cody Cox. I explained I secretly wanted to purchase a top of the line MINI 4 door hardtop with everything on it to surprise my wife. I told my wife and aided by my grandson convinced her that I was going to buy a Dodge R/T., the Dodge place is across the street from the MINI sales. The MINI was ordered and I was kept closely appraised of the MINI and its progress thru the build and delivery by Cody. My grandson and I would talk about the Dodge around my wife and she was thoroughly convinced we were getting a Dodge. So came the day to go order the Dodge my wife, grandson and I loaded up to go to order it. My grandson had expressed a desire to go look at the little cars (MINIs) across the street and I decided to do that first. Cody had the British Racing Green 4 door hardtop sitting just inside the front door in the showroom with a large red bow on top and a sign lying on the dash said the car had been sold to my wife. Her name is a common name and she didn't think anything about it as we were just looking before we went to another dealership to actually purchase a car. We finally convinced her. To say she was totally surprised and thrilled is an understatement. My point to all of this is, without the cooperation and assistance of Cody Cox it would not have happened. His knowledge of the product, the suggestions he made on some options all made the car so much more than even I imagined. Cody took the time to give my wife an introduction to the workings of the various controls and buttons in the car. Including Bryan in the business office , who made the paperwork part pleasant it was a great experience. I highly recommend MINI and BMW of Arlington as the right kind of place to do the business of buying a car.

This is my first BMW. The ride is smooth and quiet. I can't hear the engine and can't feel it change gears, even with heavy acceleration. It feels and sounds like I am driving a fancy, fast electric golf cart. I love the sportiness of the X2. There is some road noise and vibration, but it only add to the sporty feel of the vehicle. The interior feels like I'm sitting in a sports car, which has a lot to do with the seats. There is not a ton of storage room, but hopefully this will help me keep it tidy. The idrive computer is not super user friendly takes some getting used to. Overall, I am head over heels in love with the X2!
Cody Cox was excellent he helped us find my daughter her first car, and then made the purchase experience about as smooth an easy as it could be. EXCELLENT customer service!
Sharp looking and functional

Sporty exterior (Msport package) looks sharp. Plenty of room to be functional. Seats hug well and smooth ride make it a very pleasurable driving experience. Did have a faulty crank sensor which needed to be replaced 500 miles in. Love this car!
I had a great experience at Driver's Select this past Saturday. I worked with Charles McCormick and I couldn't recommend him enough! He was very personable and knowledgeable about each vehicle. Honestly the car is amazing, this is the first year that they have the vehicle out there and it has been the best decision of my life. I went in looking to get a 3 series but ended up with this and I love it. The interior is very high tech and futuristic.
