We did a lot of research and new what we were looking for. The associate (Dan) made us feel that he was buying the car with us, making sure we were comfortable with our decision and no pressure. My one gripe overall is that cars that require a fob in lieu of a key need to come with two up front or the other one sent later to us (at my expense) rather than me having to make another trip to have another one made.
This is our second BMW that we have purchased from Rod at BMW of Denver. I wouldn't go to anyone else. I trust him implicitly and he got us AN UNBELIEVABLE DEAL on my new car! From start to finish, the entire process was PERFECT. Thank you to Rod for always taking such excellent care of us! A special thank you to Craig, the Sales Manager, Edward, the head of the place, Ryan, the 6 ft 7 inch finance guy that was a joy to deal with and lastly, really EXCEPTIONAL customer service from Laurel that showed me all the intricate functions of the new car. Thank you to all of these wonderful people and we will only come back to Rod and company for future BMW purchases.

Found a vehicle on Cars.com that I wanted. Dealer was very responsive and there were no typical “dealer “ games. My sales rep -Jack Woodring was fantastic. Knowledgeable , courteous, efficient and made the buying and shopping process easy. The entire team at BMW Denver Downtown was exceptional. I am now enjoying the BMW X5 50i that I purchased.
While in town getting our 2007 BMW X5 serviced, we were waiting in the showroom -- which is very comfortable, by the way -- and started considering getting a newer BMW. Brent had said hello a bit earlier in the day, so we asked him if he could help us.
Before long, we were owners of a brand new 2018 X3! Brent's knowledge and expertise, along with his friendliness, was just what we were looking for. One of the best experiences in the buying process was to work with Mariah Hittle, the BMW Genius. She took her time to explain all the features of my new BMW and there were many. She knew the features used by most people and set the initial settings to my liking. The key was the follow-up visit two weeks later to go over issues that were not covered or that needed further explaining. Thanks Mariah!
I purchased a 2016 X1 that was a loaner for the dealership. Sean Wingo was my sales person and he did a great job making sure that the car delivery was perfect. Thanks for all of your help! I was then connected with Mariah Hittle, the BMW Genius. She really is a Genius. She took us through all of the amazing features of our new X1. She was patient and informative. This is a really nice follow-up feature that Gebhardt provides to insure that you are getting the most out of your BMW investment. This our second BMW, my wife drive an X5. We love both of these cars.
They are awesome! We live in Denver but we go all the way to Boulder just because they are incredibly helpful and nice. We work with Joel who is amazing, and was pretty much the only reason we went all the way to Boulder, but the more we go we get to see that everyone there is super friendly and nice (Rafa). They even help us set up the kids car seats. I mean who does that?!! Thank you guys!! Even thought we don't want anything to be wrong with our car, we do look forward to stopping by and working with you! :)
Mariah was our BMW Genius. We have owned many BMW's, 320i, 528i, 633csi, and have enjoyed all of them! Our newest acquisition of the 335i x drive was a technological masterpiece! Mariah was excellent in giving us instruction to successfully master the vehicle!

My husband and I just moved to Denver and we need to start a life here in the States. Since day 1 Shahin was very transparent with us, guiding and helping us understand different steps we need to follow as new residents.
