Was contacted by Zach from Waterbury dealership. Right off the bat I felt like he understood my needs and wanted to work a fair deal for the sale of my truck. We got it done and myself into new Colorado. Staff was very helpful and patient. I would recommend this dealership team to anyone. Thanks!!

I needed our transmission reprogrammed, I called the night prior, they had my vehicle in the next morning and returned by the end of the day. Everything I needed done was accomplished with no issues, they also kept me up to speed as they worked on the vehicle through an email link to check the status. Great job!!!

Simply the BEST!!! Mike and the entire TEAM PHABULOUS yes with a PH!!! Caring, understanding, knowledgeable simply awesome 😎 Thank you 🙏
2024 BMW X3 review
I have had three BMWs, all with great reliability and high satisfaction, but this is my first BMW SUV. After 5 weeks of ownership, my 2024 X3 is on its way to becoming my all-time favorite. The handling is great, the safety features superb, and the comfort and luxury appearance have surpassed my expectations. We are so happy with this car that my husband is talking about getting one for himself, and he is an Audi and LandRover fan. BMW, thank you for your continued dedication to quality and reliability.

Matt and Hunter at Carmax really made this the best experience for me. Matt worked with me through phone and email up until the day I went in. He was very informative and assisted me through the entire process. Hunter was the salesman I worked with when I went in. He was accommodating and polite. I didn't feel the "pressure" of a sales man at all. And he was very professional. I will recommend this dealer to anyone I know looking to buy a vehicle.

I purchased a 2018 M4 from this dealership New. Since owning this car working directly with the service department anytime I have an issue has been more than pleasant. Thom in service has always been there when things go wrong and I believe this dealership goes out of their way to provide customer service!
2024 BMW X3 review
Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

BMW of West Springfield review
Incredibly pleasant and helpful. Willing to listen to my "want" and "don't want" in such a way that made me feel they actually cared about what I had to say.

BMW of West Springfield review
BMW of West Springfield has come along way from what it once was! The facility is beautifully updated and remodeled. Wonderful selection of new and pre-owned vehicles. Same day registry services for Massachusetts and CT plus options for out of state transactions. Staff is tenured and goes above and beyond to make clients happy.

BMW of Bridgeport review
The car buying process can be hassled and stressful, but I had the most pleasant and happy experience dealing with the team at Bridgeport BMW. If you’re looking for a prioritized experience vs predatory experience, then it is worth giving Bridgeport BMW your time and your business. Big thanks to Zashley, Paul and Charles, I appreciate your time, patience and accessibility. WJ
2024 BMW X3 review
Our salesman, Jonathan is a true professional. The dealership made this a painful experience. Never going back. The only reason we put up with 2 days of getting jerked around was because they were the nearest dealership that had the vehicle we wanted in stock. We'll never return.
