Purchase Experience Redeemed First of all, absolutely love the vehicle hence I'm a returning customer. I was contacted by the general manager about upgrading my vehicle lease 4 months early. I agreed, completed paperwork, and received the vehicle. There was a mixup in the remaining balance for the old vehicle but I'm happy to report that this has been resolved. I do like this dealership and the people there.

They went above and beyond giving me so much information on the used car I was looking at, never had such excellent customer service from a dealer like that before, was amazing experience and will definitely be buying from them in the future. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. I really enjoyed the process of purchasing my Mercedes. Jana was super easy to work with and talk to and without any pressure whatsoever. Simply a joy to work with in fact I was going to go to another dealership when I didn???t initially find what I was working for, but I decided to stay and I found something that I liked because I enjoyed working with Jana. Travis in finance was professional and friendly and knows his craft.
I absolutely love this place.. I stumbled upon this dealership from a snow bird friend of mine that bought a convertible and just raved about the car and experience.. My duughter recently moved to Phoenix and I was looking for a good used car for my use and a back up car for her. I purchased a 2010 Audi A5 convertible. I never seen the car except from photos before I picked the car up. There was a small mechanical issue with the top that was fixed by an Audi dealer. I have a great car purchased without physically driving or even seeing because of the great sales people especially Robert Mills.

The salesman, whom I have forgotten his name was outstanding. He drove with me to get my second trade in and drive it back. We then found the truck on the lot across the street I wanted. I met with the sales manager and the senior manager. They were both excellent. I made the deal. We always would want more for our trade in but I felt all three gentlemen took good care of me and I am happy with the purchase. I was shocked that my credit score of 810 only got me an interest rate of 5.5%. I contacted several lenders last week and was offered 2.5%. Would like to waive the prepayment penalty and not pay so much interest on my first payment if possible. Other than that, I was very pleased. My very close colleague is former President of Ford Steve Lyons, and I told him the same info after my purchase.
Can’t tell you what a great experience I had at this dealership with my salesperson Glenn. I drove 2 hours from Tucson and it was worth every minute! Glenn and the dealership delivered on every single promise on my used car buy and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I will absolutely be buying my next car here.
Purchased a used BMW i3 and had an excellent experience top to bottom. Staff was great, easy to work with and buying process was the easiest, most enjoyable I have had to date! (Have purchased 5 cars from dealerships over the years.)
Although haven't purchased a vehicle due to financing issues which are outside of the dealerships control they have been very patient and willing to work with us. Sales and financing have explained all details and gave my husband and I all options available.
