BMW of Orland Park review
Whenever my vehicle needs service I take it here. The service managers are really good to work with and I really appreciate them sending videos to my phone so I can see exactly what the technician is seeing. Pricing could be better and I think the 3% service charge on credit cards is nickel and diming customers otherwise they would get 5 stars.

Brought in my car for first checkup. I could go to Carmax but chose Steve Farmandi from Acura in Arlington Heights. I know Steve from Schaumburg Honda.

The whole SUV is great, the milage is good for a mild hybrid. The sport mode is great when you really want to go. The efficient mode is nice when you are casual driving and trying to save gas.

Wickstrom Auto Group review
Honest up front and amazing to deal with. They don’t do this market adjustment xx. They don’t try to screw you on the trade and plain and simple they just want to sell cars. No high pressure, treat you like they would treat their friends. This is everything I look for in a dealership. I normally always haggle and push for more from the trade but it was so easy to deal with them and pleasant I didn’t even have to. These guys get it and are doing it right. Thanks to Woody for a great experience!

Our 2016 works flawlessly! We are so pleased we just purchased a very low mileage one with $15,000 in options which should make this one even more pleasurable,

Johnny was very nice and professional. I met some real sales xxxxxxx at about 7-8 dealerships. The Mazda was a little too fancy and rode a little too low for me, but would be a great buy for someone else. I saw the following day, the price was jacked about $8,000.00 higher ($24k) Even at $16,000.00, it wasn’t a good fit for me and I went with a 2023 Honda HRV, which I rented after a hit and run accident and ended up really liking.

2024 BMW X3 review
I have had three BMWs, all with great reliability and high satisfaction, but this is my first BMW SUV. After 5 weeks of ownership, my 2024 X3 is on its way to becoming my all-time favorite. The handling is great, the safety features superb, and the comfort and luxury appearance have surpassed my expectations. We are so happy with this car that my husband is talking about getting one for himself, and he is an Audi and LandRover fan. BMW, thank you for your continued dedication to quality and reliability.

Knauz BMW Mercedes-Benz Sprinter review
Vel is a great sales guy. Very responsive and will work with the customer. We drove from MI with a trade in and they honored their offer. There were a couple minor things like steering wheel was more worn than we would have expected given the nice condition of the rest of the car. Small headliner plug interior for convertible top was missing. Other than that it was a smooth transaction.

I went to get my tires installed and a wheel alignment. Timing was perfect and tires look good. im back riding smooth again
2025 BMW X3 review
I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

2022 BMW X3 review
It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

Schaumburg Toyota review
I bought a new Toyota Camry Hybrid. I didn’t really understand what a hybrid was but Darek Gniadek took the time to explain it to me. He answered all my questions and concerns. Darek bent over backwards to put me in the exact car I wanted. When Schaumburg did not have the color I wanted, Darek searched other Toyota dealers and found the perfect car for me. I was pleased with the service I received and I highly recommend Darek Gniadek for anyone looking to buy a new car.

McGrath Lexus Chicago review
I did the entire transaction online, which can always be a bit stressful as the dealership is 10 hours away from me. Mike was my sales rep and I cannot imagine anyone being more responsive, thorough, and upfront about every part of the transaction. Professional, polite and personable, I always felt like I was in good hands. He picked me up at the airport, drove me back to the dealership, and I was on my way within an hour. I have purchased Mercedes, Audi, and other luxury brands, but this was by far the best customer service experience I have ever had purchasing a car. By the way, the vehicle, a Lexus LC 500 convertible is incredible as well!

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

We were very satisfied in our dealings with Lexus of Arlington. All of the employees we came in contact with were very professional and attentive to our needs, especially the sales staff members with whom we came in contact. Our main contact was Lyza Kupchyk, with whom we were extremely impressed. We would definitely use the dealership again if the opportunity arose.

Volkswagen of Downtown Chicago review
James Christy was my salesperson who helped me purchase a VW Jetta for my daughter's first car. From my initial contact with him to the red bow placed on her new used car, he was top notch. Listened to what we needed, delivered on his promises and made us feel like he was one of our best friends. Out the door pricing was given to us "prior to" coming in so there was no surprises when we got there with the assistance of his sales manager Julian, who also also great to work with. Friendly, welcoming and accommodating. This experience today was exactly how all dealers should treat their customers from initial call inquiry to the hand shake congratulations car purchase. A+++!

Great experience buying my Lexus RX 350 with Matt and Chris. Very professional, knowledgeable and enjoyable to deal with. The time spent was well worth it and it went by quite fast with these two. I visited the dealership late morning and drove home early afternoon after checking out the car I was interested in, getting a great value on my trade in, making the decision after lots of questions answered and getting in my nice new car in spotless, showroom floor condition. I love it! Thanks Matt & Chris, it was a pleasure working with both of you !

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! Here's links to my issues with the car they sold me! https://thebassplayer.com/BMW-Bill.pdf https://thebassplayer.com/BMW-1.mp4 If I don't get a check by the end of the month, a lawyer friend told me it's a slam dunk in small claims count.

CarMax HuntsvilleReviews
CarMax Huntsville review
After checking all around for a lightly used Honda or Toyota minivan, I settled on CarMax since they had the ability to transfer several possible cars from nearby stores. I requested a transfer from Birmingham and it arrived earlier than promised. I test drove it, waited a week to make a final decision and made the purchase. The whole transaction was done professionally and without any extra sales pressure or tactics. This is the 2nd car in the last 6 years I've bought from CarMax and I'd certainly shop them again.

I absolutely love this car. Sleek design, very sharp looking. Drives like a dream. It takes a bit to learn where controls are for dash but, once you got it down, its easy.
