Jaguar Land Rover White PlainsReviews
Jaguar Land Rover White Plains review
I recently purchased my 2024 Jaguar XF P300 R Dynamic SE AWD from Jaguar Land Rover White Plains, and I can honestly say that I am extremely pleased with both the vehicle and the overall experience. Buying a vehicle, especially a luxury vehicle, is about more than simply signing paperwork and driving away. You want to feel confident that you're making the right decision, that you're being treated fairly, and that the people you're dealing with understand that this is an important purchase. From the time I began looking at the Jaguar XF through the completion of the purchase, the experience was professional, comfortable, and never felt pressured. My questions were answered, I was given the opportunity to really look at and experience the vehicle, and I felt confident about what I was purchasing. The car itself is absolutely beautiful. The P300 R Dynamic SE AWD gives me exactly the combination I was looking for: luxury, technology, comfort, style, and performance. The fact that it was a Jaguar Certified Pre Owned vehicle and had been thoroughly inspected and reconditioned gave me additional peace of mind. What I appreciate most is that I walked away feeling good about the decision I made. That's how buying a vehicle should feel.

I found a few cars I liked online and ended up checking out 4 or 5 at differet dealerships that day. The service here just felt a lot more professional and honestly I care just as much about how Im treated as I do about the car itself, so thats a big reason I went with this place. Joel really knows it, he a real expert
2019 BMW X4 review
A new owner of a 2019 BMW X4 M40i and loving it so far. Very sharp inside and out with a lot of punch. The vehicle handles great and has a lot of space inside. It sounds imposing. I’d say the downside is the rear blind spots and missing space over an X3 (mine has non run flats and the storage space under the rear storage is taken by a donut tire). But once you lower the rear seat headrests and get used to it, the blind spot isn’t troublesome. At the end of the day the X3 is a great SUV (I had one) but the X4 is much sportier, if that’s your thing. I just wish the M40i had more M trademarks, such as M sports steering wheel and M branding on the front seats as my recent 440i M sport edition did. But for sports + some utility, I recommend the X4.

Robert khan and Christina are a great team! Really the whole staff has a very vibrant and overall positive energy. Robert was definitely the biggest reason I went through with the purchase. There were other options I was considering throughout the negotiation but his overall customer service and attention to detail in a addition to the beautiful vehicle played huge roles

2019 BMW X4 review
As a long time BMW “M” owner, I needed a “family” car, and came upon my 2019 X4Msport40i totally by accident, but what a find it has been. 100% reliable for 30,000 miles so far, terrific seats, and, um... FAST. Complaints? I wish the stereo was a bit better.

CarMax Ellicott City review
Michael Henry is an excellent salesman! He listened and worked hard to get me the car I was looking for.... of course I did my research to know what I was looking for .... and more importantly, he found the car at the price I was looking for! 5 stars to Michael! Make sure he’s the person you use to find you the right car for the right price! He was very patient, professional and mindful! I also appreciate the length Carmax agreed to go to to ensure I was satisfied with the Vehicle to fix needed repairs. I give them 3.5-4 stars for that. I did not like the loaner car that Service put me... it was not good to borer line okay.

The reviews initially made me a little hesitant, but I’m so glad I still followed through and visited the dealership to check out the vehicle. I was thrilled with my experience! The price was great, and the vehicles were in amazing shape. They also perform a 165-point safety inspection and take care of anything the vehicle needs before putting it on the lot. Overall, I’m very happy I gave them a chance and would definitely recommend checking them out!
