Awesome dealership highly recommend very nice and hassle free staff . I would give 10 stars if I could !
2019 BMW X5 review
I traded in my awesome Jeep 2015 SRT. Some creature comforts the Jeep has the X5 doesn't: stereo controls at the fingertips behind steering wheel is main one. Plus the cruise control was also at the fingertips on the steering wheel. X5s not so. I have to take my eyes off the road to look for the button. The steering wheel on the X5 is too thin. The Jeeps was thick and felt great. But I love the split tailgate on the X5! Easier access and doubles up as a trunk.

BMW of Dallas review
We had an amazing buying experience. Rania Jamal, our Client Advisor, made the entire process a pleasure. She walked me through the facilities, pointing out the parts and service department and the tech guru’s department. Then she took me to the vehicle we were interested in and described its features. She also advised me that it was a certified pre-owned vehicle with a warranty and a remaining factory warranty. As we test drove the vehicle, she answered all my questions. She never pushed the sale; I felt no pressure. The vehicle and her professionalism sold me. If anyone is interested in buying a vehicle, I highly recommend Rania Jamal and BMW of Dallas.
2019 BMW X5 review
We take trips to Cashiers/Highlands NC frequently. The drive is just over 5 hrs an it flies by quickly as the car is so comfortable. The peppy V8 has lots of power to pass quickly on the highway when necessary. Once we get into the mountains it feels great to switch from Eco mode to sports mode to attack those tight turns :)

Auto Class DirectReviews
Auto Class Direct review
Buying a car from out of state can be stressful, but this was one of the easiest vehicle purchases I've ever made. From the very beginning, Jennifer was outstanding. She helped put the entire deal together, answered my questions, and made the process smooth and straightforward. Marty and Jenny in finance were equally great to work with and made sure everything was handled professionally and efficiently. What impressed me most was that they did the entire deal over the phone, exactly as promised. There were no surprises when I arrived. In fact, the car was in even better condition than they described. It was clean, well-maintained, and obviously cared for. They even went above and beyond by helping return my rental car, which made the trip much easier and saved me a lot of hassle. In today's world, it's rare to find a dealership that delivers exactly what they promise, but this team did just that. I would absolutely buy from them again and would recommend them to anyone, especially out-of-state buyers looking for an honest, hassle-free experience. Thank you, Jennifer, Marty, and Jenny, for making this such a great experience! 🚗👏

Texas Car Club review
I had the best experience with purchasing at this dealership. They are well known for having luxury on a budget vehicles. Financing available, fast & easy, accepted my trade in vehicle and gave me more money than any other dealer offered on the value. My credit is average and I still got a low payment, very nice! Friendly service from Kirk, Andy, & Nida, they make you feel right at home and walk you through the entire process, only taking about a hour of my time. Very efficient this place. Drove off the lot with equity, not a losing value scenario like at a new car dealer. Thank Texas Car Club!!!

Bluebonnet Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I truly cannot say enough about my experience with Justin Dominguez and the entire team at Bluebonnet Chrysler Dodge Jeep! From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated with kindness, respect, patience, and genuine care. This wasn’t just buying a vehicle — it was an experience that I will truly remember. Justin went above and beyond to understand exactly what I needed and helped me find the vehicle that was the perfect fit for me, my lifestyle, and my needs. He didn’t just try to put me in a vehicle — he took the time to make sure I was getting the right vehicle for ME. That kind of service is hard to find! What impressed me most was the teamwork. Everyone I encountered worked together, communicated, and did everything they could to make things happen. You can tell when a dealership has a great team behind it, and Bluebonnet Chrysler Dodge Jeep absolutely does! If you are thinking about buying a vehicle, I highly recommend giving Justin Dominguez and this team the opportunity to earn your business. Whether you’re shopping for yourself, your spouse, your kids, or another family member, these are people who genuinely care about helping you find the right vehicle. I walked in looking for a vehicle and walked out feeling like I had been taken care of by people who truly cared about my experience. That says EVERYTHING. Thank you, Justin, and the entire Bluebonnet Chrysler Dodge Jeep team, for your incredible help, support, kindness, and dedication. You went above and beyond, and I am beyond grateful! If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, go see this team — you won’t regret giving them a chance to earn your business!

BMW of West Houston review
I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Tommy Luk at BMW West! I recently purchased a 2024 BMW X3 after my previous vehicle was totaled, and Tommy made what could have been an overwhelming and stressful process such a positive experience. From the very beginning, Tommy was genuinely kind, patient, helpful, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I never felt pressured or like I was just another sale. He truly took the time to listen, answer my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident with my purchase. You can tell that he genuinely cares about the people he works with, and that kind of customer service is hard to find. There’s a reason our family keeps coming back to him! Two of our family members had already purchased vehicles with Tommy before me, making me the third, and after my experience I completely understand why. We’ve already recommended him to other family members and will continue to send anyone looking for a vehicle his way. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, personable, and truly goes above and beyond for his customers, ask for Tommy Luk. He has absolutely earned our family’s business and our highest recommendation. Thank you, Tommy, for making my X3 purchase such a wonderful experience! ❤️🚙
