Toyota CityReviews
Toyota City review
I had an outstanding experience at Toyota City! From the moment I started browsing online to walking through the dealership doors, everything was seamless. I was greeted warmly upon arrival and had the pleasure of working with Afzal Siraj, who was an excellent sales professional—knowledgeable, patient, and truly invested in helping me find the right vehicle. A special shout-out to Joseph Croce, who took the time to walk me through every detail of my pre-owned 4Runner. His thorough explanation and attention to detail made me feel even more confident in my purchase. Also, a big thank you to David Pena, who went over all the documents with a clear and thorough explanation before signing, ensuring everything was transparent and easy to understand. The entire process was smooth, professional, and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a dealership that values customer service and provides a hassle-free experience, Toyota City is the place to go! Highly recommend!

Biener Ford review
I’ve been bringing my car over to the service department for the past several years. Great people that couldn’t be any better. Steve is an outstanding service manager. He is professional, always helpful and does everything he can to get things done the way they should. He should be commended for his performance as a representative in the Ford service department. He should be recognized for his dedication and service to customers.

Acura of StamfordReviews
Acura of Stamford review
I recently leased the Acura ADX. Initially, I wasn’t certain that I was going to lease, the Acura through the Stamford dealership. However, I was pleasantly pleased with my sales woman Leah, who worked diligently to get me to the price point that I wanted to be at. She also answered all my questions after her work day was done and even contacted me on her day off which was much appreciated. We were able to close the deal and I was very happy with what we negotiated. She made herself readily available to help me also with transferring my insurance as well as contacting the DMV and turning in my new plates. Overall, I had a great experience.

Generation Buick GMCReviews
Generation Buick GMC review
Wow what a complete difference in professional service from Generation GMC in Sayville compared from King O'Rourke in Smithtown. Service department is amazing. They send you a video from the mechanic going over all the concerns that you have any what they found. I was constantly being told my oul leak was a seel. Thanks to Generation GMC they took the time to find the real cause and it's going to take a week to fix. Thank God had the issues at King O'Rourke otherwise I wouldn't have found an amazing dealership. Especially Thanks to Maria for keeping me updated.

I suspect that it is I who should be blamed because it is usually true. I expected 128 Service checks being performed from any reputed dealer. But I came to know later that it is not true. I did not have time to go shop around. I was extremely pre-occupied and this purchase and speed was a necessity which I had made it very clear before driving to the dealer more than an hour from my house. I am extremely happy with the service center and after sales service. Had to give 4 because the car was not ready when i picked it up. That gave me lots of concerns. Dealer or more than the dealer, the service personnel were extremely respectful and made up for all the lacunae in sales. They more than made up for whatever concerns I had. I was glad with the inner circle of people who attended the care, came out to me to and explain everything beyond doubt. Because of them, I feel comfortable going to them often.

2023 BMW X5 review
Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

BMW of ManhassetReviews
BMW of Manhasset review
I had a wonderful experience at BMW, and I truly want to thank Shirley Chen, Priscilla Tsun, and Mason for their outstanding service. Shirley was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process. She made everything smooth and stress-free, always taking the time to answer my questions and explain every detail clearly. Priscilla was professional, efficient, and very helpful with all the paperwork. She made the financing process easy to understand and seamless. Mason was also fantastic—friendly, responsive, and supportive from start to finish. The whole team made me feel valued and well taken care of. I really appreciate their dedication and excellent customer service. Highly recommend this dealership if you’re looking for a great car-buying experience!

CarMax DothanReviews
CarMax Dothan review
Shopping for new car. Had one shipped from another carmax. Took car for 24hr test drive. Took to Firestone; was showed a badly rusted undercarriage. Returned outback to carmax Dothan. They said they'd have a look at it, that it might be within their specs but not ours. Manager offered to reimburse us the inspection and shipping fee. Can't argue with that. Great customer service.

Alex is a super courteous guy, zero pushiness. He showed me everything, gave tips, and we even checked the suspension together. I felt like a real person, not just a walking ATM. Thanks for the human approach!
