I purchased a 2014 ML350 Mercedes. It is like new like many of the used cars that Coast to Coast sells. This is the sixth car that I have purchased from them. My sales rep was a gentleman named Jay Bechara.

Bought a 2011 Porsche Cayenne S from Jay Bechara, sight unseen. I know it seems weird, but Jay sent me a video of the car, description, and the car was even better than I expected. I flew in to pick up the car, and it was ready, paperwork was done, vey smooth and positive transaction
I was thinking about buying a car online (without personally see it). Even though I ended up not buying it (because of color), I thought the salesman was excellent, really knew the spec's on the car and really guided me thru the process. I would definitely contact them again on another car.

Overall my experience was good but it was very limited. Most of the contact was via e mail, phone and text with Justin because I was buying a car from out of town. Time spent going over the features of the new vehicle was very limited and a bit rushed. Everyone was very friendly and courteous.
Pick your vehicle, fill out the credit app online for approval in minutes. I was in and out in no time, the quickest financing at any dealership I have ever been to! Great service! Great prices! Great vehicles!

My old car died. They did what they could for a trade in. Gave me more than the Ford dealership would do. They were easy to work with on the purchase. There was one small issue after I purchased the vehicle and they helped me figure out what the problem was even though they had no legal obligation to look into it. No issues with the car once we figured out that minor interior noise issue. I would recommend checking out their lot before going to a full service dealership. You can tell they love the car business.
*Everything was exactly as advertised* My fiance and I purchased a 2011 Cadillac SRX last weekend. The salesman, owner, and even the owner's wife were very cordial. Great service... they worked with us on the price. Even met us half way from our home and the car lot (which is in a different state) to deliver the vehicle. We love the new addition to our family.
