This is the second car I have bought from Best Auto Bargain. I came back to them because of the pleasant experience I had when I bought my first car from him. I felt that I was being treated with total honesty and professionalism.I really appreciated the time they took with me making sure I understood all the features of my new car. I know I can come to Best Auto Bargain with any questions or concerns and can do so easily via the internet. I plan on keeping this vehicle for a while, but when the time comes for me, or any other family member, to get a vehicle we will be back.
Pranav Gill and the staff at HC Sudbury were a pleasure to work with. They helped me find the car of my dreams without going above my price point. Their sense of humours are also on point. They helped me feel an ease instead of pressured. I would highly recommed contacting them if you are insterested in a new car. They Rock!
Robert was great from the appointment making to the car being in to service. I was updated several times with updates and pick up time . I was goven a loaner car and it was the easiest service visit ever . Dropped it off and picked it up with nothing I was not notified about and the quality of everything was top quality. Robert followed up with me several times via text and email to make sure I loved the work and my car . I can???t rave more about the team at Herp Chambers! They are great!

Excellent experience at Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury. I would strongly recommend them if you are looking for a new car and am sure your search would end there. They will do whatever it takes to ensure you are happy and well taken care of. Amazing, caring and helping are just a few of the words I would use to describe them! Pascal is the man! Right from our first visit till we had the car, he was always there to ensure that we get what we wanted. Superb customer service. Makes you feel very comfortable, not pushy and very knowledgeable. He is truly as asset to the organization. Mr. Gill, the General Manager, is always there to ensure that you have an excellent experience, are happy and satisfied. I am sure every member in his team are awesome. A big thank you to the entire team. Keep up the good work.
I have the best service advisor - Ken Meltzer. He has always advocated for me and made sure my car was fixed perfectly and I felt happy with the outcome and know that my car is maintained the best it can be and I know I am driving a safe vehicle. Also, it is always a pleasant experience there - which has not been the case at other dealerships. Thats why I stay here!
I went in to buy my daughter a car. We got a very nice Honda that has been perfect. David was very very helpful to us and patient as my slow credit union financed it. He took care of everything for us. It was a good experience and we're very happy. I felt that I was treated honestly and I will definitely go back
The sales manager and staff were cordial. I dislike car buying because it’s usually high pressure and high stress. At long, we discussed the car, agreed on price and proceeded through the purchase process. There was no haggling or pressure put o on by the dealership.
Arrived before my scheduled appointment. Sasha promptly set me up for a test drive even though he was working with other people. The car was great and I was out of the facility in half an hour with all the documents in my hand. Next day went back to pick up my BMW. All cars looked super clean and the transaction was simple and transparent. Loved it. Thanks
Sam(i) is not just a salesman who talks non stop, he is a good listener. He paid attention to my concerns and then acted to correct them in the car that I bought. I have had the car for two months now and it is running flawlessly. Thank you Sam.
This is the 6th car I have bought from this dealership I feel confident and trust the people I have dealt with, I consider Haig and JD friends of mine along with other team members as well Kevin in service has been awesome as well to my family. No pressure or stress just the way it should be.
Went in today to test drive a 2013 Alpina B 7. I would have to say from the moment I walked in the door I was given the 5 star treatment. Didn't make a purchase yet, still weighing other options, but that isn't a reflection of the buying experience.
The dealership were professional in answering my 101 questions, and I never felt rushed or pressured, the perfect environment for car shopping in my opinion. When I asked if they would be ok with me taking it to an outside mechanic if I were to return to purchase, Mike the Sales Manager told me:
"Sure, that's ok with us. Matter of fact, why don't you just tell us which mechanic to take it to and save yourself the drive here?"
That right there blew me away. I have bought lots of cars before, and never has a dealership offered to do that before. Great customer service.

We are 1st time buyers and this was a very pleasant experience at BMW of Shrewsbury. Ryan Marcello was extremely knowledgeable, very responsive and extremely helpful throughout the entire process.

We recently purchased a used non-BMW vehicle from the dealership. The price was very good. Our sales person was less than enthusiastic. I didn't expect him to know about all of the features and functions of a non-BMW vehicle, but I thought he might attempt find some of the answers.
Once we agreed on a price and trade. The purchase was going to be a cash transaction. We waited for almost forty minutes to see the business/finance person to complete the paperwork. Our sales person explained that the delay was due to computer problems. We arranged to pick up the vehicle three days later. We were told that the vehicle would be ready, we would be able to drop off our check and go.
We arrived to pick up our new vehicle at an agreed time. When we arrived our sales person went over the final numbers and put the license plates on the car. We then waited for another thirty minutes for the finance person.
The dealership was nice, the staff was friendly, we got a fair deal on a good car.
If I could give Kenny from sales a 10* rating I would. He is so easy to talk to and so knowledgeable about BMW general. I went in for my genius meeting today and he was great. I wish everyone would ask for Kenny when looking for a BMW. He will not disappoint!
These guys and gals love cars and love their jobs and it shows. Kenny, a client advisor was awesome--knew more about cars than anyone at any other dealership. Phil in finance was incredibly professional but also extremely friendly and gave great advice. Mark priced the car out perfectly and genuinely seemed happy for me, the buyer. Michael, the sales manager and Mike in sales are two guys I could hang out with. Great experience! Can't wait to buy an M4 here :-) M2 is by far the best vehicle I've driven.

I wanted to purchase a BMW for my wife for christmas. John made the whole process easy and straight forward. I was able to get the certified car she wanted at a good price. When my wife came to the dealership to pick up the car John had the car pulled into the showroom with a large red bow on the hood and a sign wishing merry christmas. None of these things in themselves are that extrodenary , but made me and my wife very happy. I would certainly recommend John Steele as someone you should speak with if you are even thinking of getting into a BMW.
They have a wonderful staff here. I told them what I was looking for and what my monthly price point was and they made it work for me and i got to drive home with a new to me car with a full tank of gas to get home! 10/10 would shop here again!
